Shower didn't work. No hot water control, so I had to take a cold shower. No shampoo or conditioner. One bar of soap. Heard another person in the bathroom in the room next mine doing his business. Heard him shaving, brushing his teeth, and crapping. Super thin walls. Otherwise, it was ok. Stayed here a few years ago, too. Must've had better management then. Carpeted floors were sticky. Coffee maker had some gunk where you put the coffee and also some horribly discolored paper or whatever it was.

Microtel is just one of the very very good deals out there. This location I have stayed at numerous times and it's always good. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean it's just a basic hotel but really if that's all you need this place is the place to stay.

Lady at front desk is very rude. She started to check me in and than took a phone call for about 10 min. She should have said I have someone here could you please hold. Than she says sorry that was the owner they come first.. what the hell. Not ok.i would think the owner would say customers should come first. She really seems like she hates her job

Positive: This hotel exceeded all my expectations! I very highly recommend! Their complimentary breakfast was outstanding as well! Negative: I was nervous about getting my luggage out of truck after checking in after dark, but I got lucky & was able to park right out front of hotel desk under a light. I was alone & nervous about other guests in parking lot.

Jay has been very accommodating and friendly, along with all of the other staff. My room was excellent; nice sized bathroom, comfortable bed, clean. Very reasonable rates. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Positive: Location was near a commercial area with restaurants, groceries and shopping. Hotel was clean and secure. Low price was budget friendly. Negative: Room was very compact. Rooms with single beds are located on the side facing the interstate with loud highway noise. Hard to sleep. Couldn?t move to another room. I would only recommend staying here if getting a room on the side away from the highway.

The good and the bad, the good clean quite comfy room and a great price, the bad elevator was not working heat was turned off it was 10 below outside and the breakfast was very poor
