Just had a terrible experience with a lady named Barbara at the cruise port. I asked the port staff how much the transfers were and they told me to go ask. I ask Barbara and she said $35 which was twice as much as Uber. As I tried To walk back in to port with my handicap parents she refuses to let me back in even though she doesn’t work for the port and they told me to go ask. I walked back in and she chased me in with a terrible attitude so worried about me going in with my family. Couldn’t believe how crazy this woman was. If this is the people they hire to represent them I would use someone else. They are too expensive anyways.

We took the LAX shuttle to the Long Beach Pier and the workers were great at getting all the passengers together (Terminal 2, Baggage Clajm 3). We even got to board an earlier shuttle and got to check in earlier for our cruise. Comfortable shuttle and great staff!
