We rented a condo managed by Meredith Lodging at The Lakes Country Club. The pre-rental communications and checkin were adequate and easy. The unit itself was very well equipped, and was expertly cleaned. The kitchen had extra cookware, multiple condiments/spices, and we appreciated the propane-plumbed outdoor grill in the entry patio. The beds were comfortable and the washer & dryer worked well. When we arrived, the refrigerator warning lights stated that the filters for air and water needed to be replaced. On day 2 the toaster stopped working. We called Meredith, and they sent a new toaster, and had a maintenance man replace the filters within one day. We notified security about our guests in advance and their entry through the security gate was seamless. The WiFi worked well, and the condo even had a printer with paper and extra cartridges to allow us to print a few documents with our laptops. Thank you for assisting us with an enjoyable vacation.

I've rented through Fairway before and I can tell you that I have never been disappointed. The company is very professionally run, the house I rented was immaculate and ready on time, all amenities were exactly as described. Its my go-to for rentals in Palm Desert CA.

We rented a house in Palm Desert for two weeks and, while the unit itself was fine (though lacking several basic amenities), the service from Fairway Vacation Rentals was non-existent. We contacted them about an issue with transitioning renters; no response. We had an issue with gate access; resolved, but we had to go physically to the office. We spoke to them about several items lacking in our unit (cuttings board, oven mitts, iron etc); promises but no follow through. We left a message about a garburator spewing water all over the kitchen; amazingly, no response! If we were lucky enough to get through to someone from the company they were very nice. Unfortunately this was not enough.

Fairway Vacations has been my amazing management company for my beautiful condo in Palm Desert for all 12 years that I have owned it.

There are lots of choices as to who to rent from and who to manage your condo rentals. Don't look any further...they are true long time professionals who will find you the right place for your vacation or get your the tenants you need for your dessert investment.

Whats really impressive is how they handle the problems that come up when someone is in your rental or you are renting from them and your client needs help. Since I live in Seattle...I need "PRO's" locally to fix a leaky toilet, hot water issues or whatever it is..quickly so my renters experience will be good, so they come back next year and beyond. FVR takes care of all that for me....

To prove my point...I have the same 4 renters each year that take up 5 months of my yearly bookings. You'd love that income!!!
