This hotel is absolutely stunning! We hosted a small slumber party for my daughter's birthday here, and it was a huge success. The room was spotless, clean and very cozy. The parking lot is massive. We had a blast in the pool, which was also very clean. The window in the pool room is a wonderful touch, especially when the sun starts setting! Absolutely Breathtaking! Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection, including waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, and much more. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. It's budget-friendly and conveniently close to the freeway and stores. I highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I are in our '60s we stayed there a couple nights here recently they are remodeling which did not interfere with the convenience and running and operation of the motel. We had a few issues they went above and beyond to help us be comfortable and accommodate our needs, All staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean The whole motel is very clean even though they are renovating. I enjoyed our stay very much now when I go to visit family definitely be returning thank you to all staff you were amazing you go above and beyond.

very pleasantly surprised at this gem of a hotel. clean modern rooms, very well kept up hotel. probably the best free breakfast I have had in a hotel from Washington and Oregon travels, big plus saves a bit of money vs eating out. the staff are very helpful and friendly here. I had read a few bad reviews on this place but it must be a isolated experience this was one of the better hotels I have stayed at this year. I would not hesitate to come here again. liked it so much I added another day to my stay!

This hotel was sadly disappointing. It was not ok for my elderly Mom. Booked 2 nights, but she slept in the lounge chair in the room because the bed was too high up. The next day I asked about an ADA room thinking it would have a lower bed, but was told all the the rooms have the higher up beds. The rollaway offered was not used because it was sagging in in the middle and she did not feel comfortable in it. No sympathy given. Hospitality could be brushed up on here. It's like they could've said "well the room has a floor she can sleep on" 😒 đŸ˜ĸ The dishwasher didn't work either. The koi pond at the entrance is lovely, and my son enjoyed the pool. But getting good sleep is fundamental to enjoying a stay. My Mom left exhausted. Desk staff didn't even seem happy there.||*Response to the GM's inaccurate comments below:|I requested to speak with you, or get a call from you about the situation so I could advocate for future elderly or disabled guests, but never heard from you. We were Never told any ADA rooms had lower height beds, but that they too were a bit elevated as the rest. We were never offered any discount. The only discount we got was when I asked about one, because we have AAA, at check in.|We were charged for the roll away the second night when we never used it as well. The maintenance guy did after quite a bit of effort get the dishwasher to run, but only on the heavy cycle! I would think you would look into this because there are six different settings on it. If only one of them works; I'm sure you will have future guests who will be frustrated as well.

I've stayed at the Medallion numerous times over the last 10 years, and I've always had a positive experience and recommend anyone coming into the area for business or personal reasons to stay at the Medallion.
I recently stayed at the Medallion and noticed the hotel was under new ownership. The new owners have been making noticeable renovations, and the improvements are fantastic.
The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean.
The staff, as always, were incredibly helpful and friendly.
the Medallion is the perfect place to stay, and I'll definitely be back.

Very limited breakfast and hardly anything left. They don't refill anything towards the end and did not have bacon. But the reason they are getting this review is because we picked this hotel to bring my grandbaby for the night because we wanted to take him swimming and spend time with him before they move to Colorado this week. We checked in late so we waited til morning to go to the POOL and they had DRAINED it during the night. I am livid and will never stay here or at any affilliated hotel again. Waste of money.

Positive: The Medallion puts to shame other hotels that a charge $50-$100 more per night. It?s not the most luxurious, but it is the most accommodating, flexible, and down to earth. Breakfast is great. Staff is awesome. They?re always respectful of privacy. Negative: No.

Very disappointed! Stayed many years ago and was great. Kitchenette room didn't have enough dishes to eat together and on top of that they were all dirty! No decaf coffee in room or at breakfast. No gluten free options for breakfast that were not potentially cross contaminated. Drug deals in the parking lot and sketchy people in the pool area causing my daughter and grandson enough discomfort to abandon swimming early (One of the reasons we chose this hotel). Overall a pretty bad experience.
