Heard about this place by word of mouth. Hard to miss this place, the windows were sparkling clean and signage was bright and colorful. Walked in to a spotlessly clean business and instantly greeted by a very nice lady who took my order. Ordered a whole Philly cheesesteak. Was cooked fresh and was hot!!! Whole sandwich was packaged as two nice sized sandwiches…. Full after the first one! The bread melts in your mouth and it was very tasty. Will definitely come back and try something else from their huge assortment! If I could give you 10 stars I would-

My first visit was a one off... Didn't get the right thing, menu has a slight learning curve but after figuring which subs were which, my second trip was much better. Glad too.... As word of mouth was so good... Was hard to believe my first go was the normal for this place. For the record the sub I was not all excited about was the Italian sausage... Was more like a glorified hot dog. But next time got a proper Italian sub and was not disappointed.

Great shop, we love everything. we got whole Philly and Italian subs a bit pricey but if you ask me its a soild and worth the price for the flavors and portions. great value I have only good things to say and I've eaten here 3 times

I'm a regular here as I work near by and know the workers and manager, not on a personal level just have seen them working at the restaurant. I went in and ordered my regular, the manager took my order, got it wrong then blamed me!!! That was super awesome!! I had my sandwich remade the correct way. I've seen the manager interact with employees and staff alike and I'm sorry for the employees that have to work under her. I'll go back because this was a one time incident but what a total lack of responsibility on her part as a manager/supervisor. I'll just wait for others to serve me from here on out.

Phoned in a simple order. The girl taking order must have been new. I've never eaten here so I'm not familiar with sizes. She seemed annoyed when I asked how big a small vs large sandwich was. So I ordered a lrg sub and a small sub. Was never told how much my order was. Just that it would be ready in 15 mins. Arrived to pick up my food and gave her my name. It came to $24.78 (don't quote me on the change part bc I NEVER received a receipt). Pretty speedy but ok. Drive the 25 mins home to find out I did not have the correct order. AT ALL!Not even close. So I over paid and did not get what I wanted. Super bummed. So i called to let them know I got someone else's order. They seemed confused bc my order was still there. So either the girl taking orders and collecting money is new or they have no idea what is going on with orders. I left contact info and have not heard back. I just wanted the correct sandwich.

Great food, go there at least once a week. Website is helping staff with the accuracy. That's the only problem we've ever had, orders getting mixed up or filled directly against what we've asked. Something good changed about 3 months ago and there haven't been issues since then. Before it was minimum once a month.

Like I said - great food, nice people, and now we get exactly what we order

This is such a wonderful sandwich shop. I've been going here for many years. Yeah I may not go often but that's only because I don't have a lot of money so I have to be careful how much I spend. Anyways the food is delicious and compared to Subway a half sandwich is more than enough for me it actually feels like a whole sandwich and that plus chips and a drink only cost me roughly $10 total. At Subway I usually end up paying like $17 total so if I feel like eating a sub sandwich unless I'm out of town I may just get it here.

Update: Unfortunately, I am decreasing this from a 5 star to a 2 star, and here's why. The other day, I was on my lunch break. Keep in mind that I only get a 30-minute break unpaid, but this 30-minute break turned into a 47-minute break. I was 17 minutes over my time because the staff took way too long to make my sandwich. I ordered and actually ended up waiting exactly 30 minutes and finally I had to go back and ask what the delay was and it turns out they didn't even start my sandwich yet so I had to wait a few minutes and after that they were finally done. When I got back I had to eat I had to explain why I was so late but thankfully my boss understood and didn't write me up. If he would have I would've made this a 1 star. A shift lead at my work told me the staff tends to slack off and sometimes forget people's orders so first off that should stop but second for those that are on a time crunch the lesson is definitely call ahead of time so that by the time you get to the place all you have to do is pick it up and go and I think that's what I will do next time. If that goes smoothly I'll consider changing this back to a 5 star. Overall the sandwich itself is amazing this 2 star review is because staff tends to slack off and sometimes people wait way too long for their orders which shouldn't be happening not all of us have all day. Some of us have places to be. Alright I'm done I've spoken🙏.
