Without a doubt the best cafe in Charleston. There are three Mea Cuppas, this location is more of a lounge cafe, great for hanging solo for working at the bar or for meeting a friend by the couches. Best quality coffee in town, the owner is a former 'bucks exec and clearly puts his everything into the business. Great beans (including decaf), tasty breakfast and lunch items, awesome pastries, high quality teas, and most important of all, the best staff. This cafe has a chill vibe and a whole host of regulars, and once you come visit you'll see why, staff are always on point (shout-out Chelsea). There are two smaller locations at the Capitol Market and the library as well, same delicious coffee but different physical setup for those spots. Must visit for any coffee lovers in and around Charleston.

Great coffee spot in downtown Charleston with a very laid-back vibe. Excellent espresso and cappuccino, and really enjoyed the morning pastries. Great staff, friendly and service-oriented. Also can purchase beans and store merch. Great spot for a sit down and enjoy.

Delicious Coffee Very Cute and Cozy use of space, eccentric. Cozy nook tables and couches. Highly recommend. I went to both locations one is on a main street and the other at the Capitol Market

The greatest complement I can give is that they had a biscuit that tasted *EXACTLY* like my great grandmother used to make. Fluffy, buttery, and the fig topping was perfect. I also had a Blackberry jam and molasses Danish that was just as amazing. I cannot speak to the coffee (not a drinker myself), but if these pastries are any indication, then make this your next stop.

I got a cold brew, a maple Matcha with oat milk, a mocha without milk and a maple latte with oat milk and everyone loved their drinks.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Came to visit Charleston and loved there was such a nice coffee shop close by!

Delicious coffee and great atmosphere! I’m normally not a big fan of coffee, but Mea Cuppa is the exception. Their coffee beans are so good, and the specialty drinks they make are amazing. I highly recommend the Velvet Elvis
