Management/recruiting is ridiculously rude after making empty promises of home nursing only to call 5 weeks later to say they don't have the nurses they promised, despite my sending them a nurse that they hired, forced to onboard and then called her back to say she couldn't start with my infant because they didn't have coverage for other days. I interviewed a nurse who wasn't quite comfortable taking on a trach baby, asked for more training and then i was called to be told they didn't know why she wasn't comfortable. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.
