If I could give Maverick Catering more than 5 stars, I would! We decided to work with them for our wedding and are thrilled with our decision. The food was incredible! The flavors and menu options were fresh and exciting, each item was cooked to perfection, and our buffet was always bountiful for all of our guests. Our guests still tell me how much they loved the food &that it was some of the best food they have had at a wedding! The Maverick team was so helpful, hardworking and wonderful throughout the entire process. We decided to go with full service catering, and we did not have to worry about a single thing the entire night when it came to food and beverage - every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend working with Maverick Catering - you will not be disappointed!

Maverick catered our wedding and they were perfect. Everyone, and I mean everyone, raved about the food. One guest described the pork belly as "transcendent". Maverick cooked all the food on-site so it was fresh. Their mobile kitchen was quiet and discrete. They had a live chef action station. They set up and cleaned everything. Exceptional, memorable service. You should absolutely hire Maverick for your wedding or any other food event. Amazing!

Maverick catered my wedding and did a phenomenal job. I had so many guests tell me the food was amazing. My (now) husband and I were able to pick foods that we knew people would love since Jennifer and Zeke threw out so many options for us to choose from. They were highly responsive from booking to execution that I had no anxiety as far as food on the big day. They also worked really well with the venue coordinators that I didn't have to get involved. If I had a second large event, no doubt would I select Maverick again as my caterer of choice.

Update- we just had our second party with MAVERICK, and it was another success. This time much larger. We love Maverick Catering for everything.
APRIL 2021
I had the chance to work with Maverick Catering recently. My first menu planning call was so fun! I hung up feeling like I made two new friends in Jennifer and Zach. Then a few weeks before the party began - I heard from Kelli. She and Sam came by for a preview of the space and to get a feel for what we wanted. On the day of the party, Kelli, Sam and Ashley arrived promptly in good spirits ready to alleviate any stress I was feeling. They served excellent food, mingled warmly with our guests, and as the party wound down for the evening, they left the space impeccably clean. The gift they gave me and my siblings was the ability to really enjoy the company of our guests of honor - our parents on their 40th wedding anniversary.

I would HIGHLY recommend Maverick to anyone looking for an enjoyable meal and event. They make it so easy.

I honestly can't recommend Maverick Catering enough. My first conversation with them was so wonderful, they took the time to walk me through EVERYTHING, and were so willing to make sure the food for my wedding was perfect and fit my budget. They checked in multiple times, changed anything I needed to, added and adjusted with ease. Wedding day finally arrived and the food was so good, my guest couldn't stop talking about it! The staff was extremely reliable, efficient, and professional. Seriously, I'm so impressed and happy!!

My team and I recently worked with Maverick to cater a holiday event. They were fabulous to work with and the food was delicious! The food was cooked onsite via their mobile kitchen and tasted exactly like what was served at the tasting. The service was professional, on schedule, and exceeded our overall expectations.
