We can park our trailer for the night which is nice when you need to stop for rest. Casino was small but very nice. Clean, drink stations for soda and coffee which is cool, nice people working. Will stop here again.

My sister and I visited Mardi Gras Casino and Resort in February 2025. We stayed in the hotel at the casino. The room was very nice and clean. We stayed for two nights. Breakfast was included. There was cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee. No hot food to eat, but what was available was fine for the two of us. The employees were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely return.

My husband and I booked a king room for one night. This was our first time visiting this Casino Resort. As soon as we arrived at 5:10, we were told no king rooms were available and we would have to wait for at least 30 more minutes before checking in. Things happen so we understood and waited. We got to check in at 5:40 and had reservations for 6:30 at the French Quarter. The desk staff were not very helpful with direction as to where everything was located. We found out online that the restaurant was located inside the Casino. The French Quarter had “buffet” seafood night on the night we went so we decided to try it. For $65 each, the seafood was lukewarm at best and in no way high quality or fine dining. We were able to get prime rib which was served hot and included with the buffet. We then enjoyed the casino and have no complaints about that area except the staff are not helpful to first time customers. No direction was given as to where to get the membership cards or if they operated with cash (casinos we have been to in the past were no cash facilities). Bartender service and drinks at the Sports Bar were fantastic. When getting back to our room and getting into bed, the bed smelt of extremely strong urine. We went ahead and packed up our bags and changed back into our clothes. We went to the front desk and they were very accommodating and upgraded our room to an executive suite, apologizing for the inconvenience. The executive suite was very nice, but was located at the front of the hotel. Loud speakers were located under the canopy at the front of the hotel where they play music at all hours. In the executive suite, this sounded like a party was thumping all night. We called and spoke to someone at 1am to request the music be turned down then it wasn’t until other guests complained that they finally quieted the music around 2-3am but could still be heard in our room. We will not be returning and would not recommend to others.

It was a nice location for site-seeing. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room could have used some upgrades. The dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed. It was great the bar turned the four TV screens into one so we could watch the Lions game.

Had a good time listening to the band and playing slot machines. Dinner was good but the line was long as they only had 1 person taking orders and taking payments. They do have a decent selection of slot machines to play and several table games.

The rooms are being updated and half of the rooms are done. The hotel is really quiet and clean and nice. Not a great food selection...However, for sleeping, this hotel is nice! And also the casino bridgeway makes it easy to gamble a little if you're into that..

Went to the casino just to play a few bucks, swipped my loyalty card and I had a 2 night free stay at the hotel . Very thankful. Also the staff was very nice and generous. I would most definitely stay again. They forsure have awesome promotions , definitely was not disappointed.

The hotel is being upgraded which is nice. The casino floor had piped in music that was so loud it was painful. The 6 of us wanted to eat at the French Quarter but the music was so bad that we could not talk or gamble. Stayed in the hotel, ate elsewhere and played cards in the hotel lobby. If you enjoy ear splitting rap music on a Saturday at 6 pm this is your spot.
