This place is GREAT! Excellent views of the water and inland, and the rooms are clean and smell fresh. Hot water, clean towels and sheets, and killer views. Definitely Recommend +++

The rooftop lounge is 🤌🔥

Being so close to Seaport Village is a huge bonus. Fun for all ages down there and they have a bunch of excellent food spots to choose from.

The staff were super helpful and very respectful and the hotel is easy to navigate, especially the new elevators!

Very nice hotel. Met my high expectations with respect to comfort and service. Food is OK. The Brew30 restaurant has great service, good looking burgers, but pretty average fare. Breakfast was grab and go at the counter, so, OK. The Bell staff were great - the functioning concierge for me - umbrella, restaurant recommendations, advice on directions. I liked those guys!

The Manchester Grand Hyatt far exceeded my expectations! I went for a business conference and extended my stay with friends and family. Daniel and Jayson are amazing to work with and made our stay extra special. It was my mom's 60th birthday so they sent chocolates and margaritas to our room and extended our club lounge access. OH MY GOSH - the club lounge is worth every single penny or point! 100% recommend booking it if you can. The hotel is beautiful, everyone serves with a smile and friendly attitude and every view from every window is spectacular! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back! I loved my sunrise walks around the area and we were so close to everything we desired to see.

Rooms are "OK," considering this is not a cheap hotel. The lobby and larger common areas are spacious, but not exciting. This hotel seems to cater only to conference goers. |Our rooms were quiet and clean, but not really a "4 star Grand Hyatt."|Coffee is not available as an amenity to guests in a lobby or other common area of the hotel. When I inquired, the front desk gave me the names of restaurants for purchase... however, you have to leave the hotel to get those to go. "Sit down" coffee and breakfast were available on the 2nd floor. The service in the restaurant was excellent -- our waiter was friendly and enjoyable. There is a coffee brewer in the room, but not real creamer containers - just one powdered package per person.|The towels were "OK."|Finally, this hotel has fallen to the same issues that other 4/5 star hotels have.... (1) no real duvet or blankets -- simply an insert (not washed in between guests, I imagine) in between two plain flat sheets. It feels gross. (2) Community soap/shampoo dispensers in the showers. This is unsanitary and the whole excuse of "environmentally conscious" is a guise to save money. No one wants to use a shampoo bottle that others could have tampered with. Yuck. Even the environmentally conscious/worried folks want the sanitory, individual bottles again, I promise you!|Location is great. Parking is highway robbery!

The hotel really stands out physically, as it is one of the nicest looking hotels in the Seaport Village area. The inside is incredibly beautiful, offering a luxury hotel feel at an affordable price. ||It's also centrally located to many of the fantastic night life and day activities San Diego has to offer. ||But the most stand-out thing about the hotel is their exceptional customer service. From the warm welcome, to the personal communication from the Ops team, we felt very taken care of here. We will certainly come back to this hotel next time we visit San Diego.

The hotel and the service are terrific. The staff are easy-going and do anything they can to help. My only complaint is that the rooms need to be updated. This is particularly true when it comes to the bathtub/shower combo. Either hotel has a great view from the tower rooms, and overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I'd love to give a higher rating, but the rooms are definitely showing their age. Top of the Hyatt is a great experience. I still visit to enjoy the breakfast buffet from time to time. It's a great location. Still...those rooms are not worth the price.

Lovely room, close to marina walk and Gaslamp area for lots of amazing food! Grand club was very well done! Workouts room was great! Very convenient and service was spectacular! I was able to use my suite upgrade and it was amazing! Hotel was definitely Grand !
