Been here several times been meaning to give my opinion of the restaurant. We went on a Tuesday night. Place was already rolling. Yet they have plenty of seating and we got in and got seated. Our waitress was on the ball and very attentive and very friendly throughtout our whole stay. The atmosphere is good. As I said plenty of seating and a nice bar area. They have a diverse drink selection yet don’t be afraid to ask for a drink that may not be on the menu the bartenders are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. The food was cooked well. Not a big lemon pepper wing fan. But I tried one of my daughters and was very well pleased. The fries are amazing. I plan to go back and try some more of the different flavored wings. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The Creole rice I was in love with. For me it could have been a tad more spicy. I live for spice so for me the spicy the hotter the better lol. Definitely plan to be back again soon.

Great place for tavern style food. Not starving and not too adventurous I showed up. The server was prompt and good with people. Food was quick and the portions exceeded expectations. I had the pimento cheese burger and was happy that it had plenty of it's namesake. The burger was juicy and well cooked and the fries that come with it were delicious and battered just like I like. Ordered a side of Mac and cheese and got a Mac and cheese dinner and it was thick and had a perfect bite to the macaroni instead of the usual limp noodle. Very good for a non baked Mac. Paid right above twenty before tip but couldn't finish my sides. Sweet tea filled in any extra space. Great place local place. Loved the "Go to the Tavern or the devil will get you" shirts

Yummy yummy yummy!!!!! Few changes to the menu but still soooo yummy!!!! Fried Green Tomato Chips are a MUST and you can’t go wrong with Collard Green Chicken!!!!!

Tonight we ventured out and got the Fish Tacos with Onion Straws and the nightly special of Shrimp Scampi!!!! Wow wow wow!!!!!!

Originally our server the bartender was super nice and went out of his way to make an elder lady feel confident and comfortable ordering her food and enjoying a mudslide. Wonderful experience we had. Thank You

Went for my first time with a very large group on Saturday night. Lots of kids with us. We were greeted and sat within a very few minutes the service was impeccable beer was cold food was absolutely delicious and the owner stopped and checked in on us a few different times. I am impressed and we will definitely be back. Even more impressed that everyone got the correct order and at the end all of our tickets were correct with no added gratuities for our large party. Thanks for a great experience it’s refreshing when you go somewhere where people still care about quality and service.

i only have 2 dislikes from my experience. the mac n cheese, it was pretty dry and bland. i got the catfish platter, which came w two sides, and also got fried okra aside (didn’t like it at all). the catfish was delicious, perfectly fried and came out hot and fresh. fries were also to my likings, hot and crispy. strawberry cheesecake was pretty good. my server, wayne, was phenomenal. he kept our drinks full and made sure we were taken care of for our whole visit.

We enjoyed the food and had lots of fun with the hosts and they even played fun music the night we came in celebration of the DJ’s birthday. They have lots of wing flavors and so many meal options that are healthy like salads and seafood or comfort foods like pot roast and tasty burgers with fries and also unique appetizers. We will definitely be back anytime we are in town and looking forward to a great atmosphere and food. The drinks are affordable and delicious. I had the Bushwacker which is like a spiked chocolate frosty and my husband had the smoked whiskey drink

We are huge fans of Main Street Tavern and have been coming here for years. The Poutine is phenomenal, and we pretty much always get the Chicken Fried Chicken with extra gravy - just because their gravy tastes yummy. My husband's chicken was juicy - no issues. My son's chicken was a little bit over cooked. But mine was overcooked so much that it was too tough to finish. I couldn't cut part of it with a knife even and just decided to stop trying. This visit was a little disappointing since we have always had perfect food. We will continue to come back with hopes this was a one-time bad experience.

Our server was super friendly and peppy. Food came out super fast, too. Everything else was great.
