Booked room and never did receive confirmation. Couldn't find a place or person to check in but eventually realized it was a virtual check in...why? When asked about pets, I stated that we had 2 small dogs and was then told that an additional $80 was required for pets! He kindly waived one $40 pet fee but we paid $40. We had just paid $15 for both at the hotel we stayed at the night before. Signed w/ email address so we could get a receipt but that was not ever received. Finally, made it upstairs to our room and keys don't work. After another trip to the virtual fellow, we were advised to try to use same key to access room across the hall, which worked. Room was HOT smelly and filthy. Tried to open window but difficult to do and no screen. Closed the bathroom door and found dust bunnies with various types of hair! Breakfast was store packaged pastries with yogurt (we took a pass). Do not recommend staying here. We potty our dogs 2-3x per night and all guests with pets are required to be on the 2nd floor. Did not meet our expectations, but what do you do? Non-refundable (hint) and after a long day of travels?

Kiosk check in that you can't hear, room key didn't work when we got it- they just let us in our room. TV wouldn't work until i started messing with the buttons on the back. There was a sticky substance on the bathroom floor, tub, and couple towels. Tried to take a shower but that didn't work, could only take a bath. Bathtub has mold in it too. This one hotel to stay away from! This place looks Way better online than it does in person.

Positive: Nice clean room but it only had one real queen size bed the other bed was a sofa pull out though the on line description stated two queen size beds. Negative: The so called free breakfast was dismal consisting only of coffee, packaged pastry, small fruit cups, and small cartons of juice. No hot food, cereal or milk etc. Very poor breakfast for the price of the room. Check in was via a screen.

Virtual check in was odd. The room was worst I'm not pretty picky but this place I wasn’t good at all shower handle held on by putty/ plaster. Lamp shade is rusty/dirty. Only clean things were the beds hopefully at least!

No teller at the desk. This is by telecom only. Good luck fixing any issue. They didn't give us a second key for my 3 adults because "no one at this location could get us another one". The room they assigned us was dirty and never serviced from the last guest.. the new room has one nice bed and one old mattress that left my son with a back ache. Housekeeping starts knocking at 9am. Even with the price, I have to guess the other motels are better than this.

The kiosk thing for check in was weird. They have no one at a front desk to help. The room was neat, but noticed stains on the pillow and the side of the bed and a cigarette burn mark on the bed cover. Also went to use the bathroom only number 1 and the first flush had the toilet nearly over flowing. They had to switch us rooms. Do not stay here.

The room was clean and roomy. The idea of using a kiosk for check in and check out was terrible. I felt it was very impersonal and cold. The gentleman on the screen was nice but a video call vs a live person leaves a lot to be desired. When I was trying to checkout in the morning. I kept getting a "busy" signal for about 5 minutes. Thank goodness the cleaning staff was there to explain things to me. Kiosk is a very bad idea. Would not recommend this hotel.

There is NO staffed office on-site. You speak to a remote operator thru a kiosk in the lobby. The room I was assigned had a broken entry door that could not be closed, let alone locked. I had to go back downstairs and talk to the remote person again for another room. She was pleasant and efficient enough but I found the process of a remotely located person to be off-putting.
The doors from outside into the motel are NOT LOCKED at night. And there is no staff to monitor who walks in. I found this odd and unsafe. The provided breakfast was sub-par for comparable motels. I did not stay to eat. The room comfort & cleanliness were adequate. Yes, the price was low but I would not stay here again.
