If I could give less, I would give. I found a beautiful hotel and wanted to spend my time there with my gf. Usually I use booking or agoda, but this hotel had no prepayment. So, I started searching for the agencies with prepayment. Everything was good and we arranged payment date. In the end Sophie released that the payment cannot be done because she tried to use my cc directly in the hotel, but my card has a region lock in the USA. I ended with no hotel because it was fully booked and I had no time to ask another agency to help. BTW they made me to fill out the form, send the copy of my cc and id just for booking.
