Got the Adobo Bowl from the food truck at riverfront park--and WOW. I got my order quickly and it was so so good!!! It was no simple chicken bowl, so flavorful and rich. Perfect spice levels.

LOVE this place and the chef who works there! Food is always so delicious every single time! And the chef is super friendly! Definitely give this spot a chance! The orange aioli sauce is to die for! As are the fries and burgers! Dole whip is a must every time!

I ordered a Chicken salad from the food truck. It was AMAZING! To start, it was huge, the container was completely full. All the ingredients were so fresh, and so delicious! The dressing I could drink! The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. Easily at least 2 lunches. Plus being gluten free, it's hard to find places this good and GF! Will definitely be going back! If you see them, you have to try them out! Thank you for answering my questions about my allergies, it helps me feel confident in eating somewhere new.

Cubano sandwich was great, rice bowl was ok, chicken could use a bit more flavor but overall everything was good.
Shoutout to the dude running the whole place single-handedly 🫡

EDIT:
so I am a big rice bowl enthusiast, maybe the mixture of cold rice and chicken made it a little bland, would suggest steam the rice a little but more but it's just me 😉

The food was flavorful & delicious! Chef was super welcoming & you could tell he took his love & care for the food seriously. Presentation was great. This isn’t normal mall food, it wasn’t mall food at all. One of the best burrito bowls I’ve had. Chicken was delicious. This bowl was gluten free and dairy free. 🙂 thank you!

Wow, just wow. Had the Hot Pastrami and the socal burrito. Soooo good. The hot pastrami is my spirit animal in a sandwich. The food is made with love and you can taste. Definitely somewhere I will be back to eat again!

I ordered the hot pastrami for date night with my wife and we both agreed it was the best sandwich we’ve ever had! I took my brother the next day and he agreed as well. The shoe string fries were also incredible.
