We had a wonderful vacation at RIU Las Americas in Cancun and everything was perfect and beautiful and fantastic. The service was excellent, the staff super courteous and friendly, the food was delicious, the room was large and shiny and clean and direct ocean front, the entertainment was excellent, and the beach was the most clean and calm and absolutely torquiz water which is always at the top of my list of must haves.
Leanne, our favorite travel agent, outdid herself, as always, to book us the absolute best vacation that checked out all of my favorite preferences. She has helped me with my all traveling guidance for years and her services are beyond thorough and perfect and right to the point to all my particular likings.

My husband and I just took a cruise to Alaska planned by Torri Johnson. This was our first cruise and we were a little apprehensive about booking a trip like this. She had all the details covered and even kept in touch with us as we had flight delays. I followed her suggestions about the layered clothing and we stayed warm and dry. It was a relief for us to know that we could contact her with any problems during our trip. Her planned itinerary was professionally done and perfect. We really enjoyed the excursions that she recommended. We also enyoyed the shows on the ship. The daily buffet was good food with a great selection for every meal. We also enjoyed the Burgers and Dogs and the Pizza place. Our specialty dining at the Pinnacle Grill was especially nice and the meal was above our expectations. Would definitely eat there again.
It was a wonderful cruise and we will definitely use her services again.

Torri planned our honeymoon and it could not have been more perfect!! It was our first time traveling outside the country so I was initially a little nervous. Our transportation was always on time. Our excursion off resort was done through a private company and was one of the highlights of our trip! Everything Torri planned/did for us was personable and well researched. She made sure our flights were on time and even stayed up late ready to arrange a hotel stay while our return flight was delayed to make sure we were safe. From the planning process to the actual trip, everything was organized in great detail. We never had to question our itinerary. Torri or one of her co-workers were always available to us and responded very quickly! I could not recommended a travel company enough!! 💛

Heather was incredible at planning our 10 year anniversary trip to Mexico. We got married there and wanted to go back and explore another part of their country.
I had no idea that I would get such a detailed itinerary with all of my documents in one spot. She has an app that had everything we needed at just the right time of day, fees, lines,etc….

I love how we were able to by-pass certain lines for coming into the country because we had done all the work prior and she had her little “special tips.” You don’t think you need a travel agent because these days you can do so much on your own. Yet, I will say, she was definitely on point with so many things to make our lives easier, the trip smoother for us, and make me feel more at ease with leaving our 3 small kiddos behind.

I’m a detailed person and I appreciated having so many details about the trip in one place, options from her to select about our trip, and wisdom on other traveling tips. I would highly recommend her and her team for ANY trip you take. In fact, I will be using her and her services for our next big family adventure. Thank you Heather for making my life much less stressed and our trip so much smoother than it could have been. You’re a jewel. 😉
