Got a pedicure done by Miss Anna and had the BEST experience with her. She was very sweet and laughed with me and my sister while we were there. The spa treatment during the whole experience was rop tier and im very picky with people touching my feet.

I had never used this shop before. I normally go to Avalon Nail Spa in Lake Charles by Target. However, lately their service has been off, so I tried Luxx Nails in Sulphur,LA. My full set nails were $65. I got dip powder, as the lady said it'd help my nail designs look cleaner. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. The nail tech cut me enough times that she was putting that green liquid glue stuff on my cuticles before filing. She was in such a rush to get back to her phonecall, she left dip powder all around my fingers. I'm going to have to go home and refile, reshape and remove dip, AFTER paying her to do this. I do like the design itself but I shouldn't have to clean blood and dip powder off my freshly manicured hands. Very disappointed.

I went in spur of the moment to get my nails and feet done . Jen was my technician she was very good and friendly . I will definitely be coming back to see them . I think this will be my new nail shop.
