We’ve been to this location several times and have enjoyed the food a lot. The service is friendly, Isaiah made sure our order perfect and checked on us as we finished our meal. Great price and full menu of Mediterranean food. We’ve done the take out once and they had everything nicely packaged, plus gave us a free dessert to make up for a sold out item.

I legitimately waited 30 minutes for a pita to be made while half my meal was sitting in a bag waiting. Then I saw employees putting them together and order that was sitting for 25 minutes then put it together with a side that just came out. Horrendous meal prep. And the customer service was abysmal, standing around while yelling PITA then laughing about doesn’t get the job done. Won’t be coming back here for an awhile. Maybe I’ll update then.

Definitely take the time to come visit this amazing establishment here in Redlands California. Margie was an amazing server she helped us with our order she suggested to try the creamy cilantro sauce with our order so we're gonna try it with our order we got a Euro plate and a few other things we also got backlava Mike by the way was over the top amazing he recommended trying the baklava and creamy hirassa sauce .the atmosphere and music here is always amazing so don't forget to leave your review when you come visit Luna grill

I ordered a chicken bowl and it was not good. The chicken was very dry and the portion was extremely small. They ran out of a lot of proteins in the menu so perhaps that’s why the portion was so small? I travel and usually love Luna Grill but disappointed with this location.

Food was great! Yami was wonderful. Some of the best customer service we’ve received in a very long time. She seems to love her job and she went out of her way to check on every single table multiple times. And she made our experience amazing.

The food was brought out in good time, we were checked on almost immediately after we got our food, didn't really have a chance to check it. The salmon was cooked just right, and one of two chicken kabobs were cooked well. One chicken kabob was a bit rubbery, but that will not keep up from returning, overall a good dining experience.

The food was delicious (a little pricey), restaurant was clean, but the service is where they shine. Michael was attentive, got our order just right, and checked on us throughout the meal. Other staff came by and took away plates, and everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. We will be back.

Ariel is always welcoming prompt to ask questions, help and is patient, it feels like home when I walk in. The food was amazing she recommended the pita because I wanted something smaller, she's always working hard yet with a smile under Every condition, busy, slow, chaotic. Luna Grill never fails me. Food comes out prompt and freshly made. Thank you Ariel you're always a breath of fresh air.
