Enjoyed a beautiful Sunday brunch with my sister. We ordered the deviled egg and fried green tomato appetizers, and they were delish. The chef delivered them himself. Then she got the Lulu's breakfast, and I got the breakfast Tostada, and we both enjoyed our food. It was a perfect day to eat outside and enjoy being downtown. They were a little short staffed but took care of us very well.

Drove 2 hours to meet our daughter there for brunch as she’s moving to West Coast.
It was the perfect place! Food was excellent! I had the “Regular Big Breakfast” and my daughter had shrimp and grits, all five of us had something different and it ALL was tasty with excellent use of spices. Very flavourful. Highly recommended!!
Anniston downtown is quaint and pretty.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to LuLu’s Place. The atmosphere was romantic with low lights and the restaurant was very clean.

We had a great server named Fancy who was so kind, patient, and well informed about the menu.

The potatoes, pimento cheese, and grits were my favorite. I give them all a 5/5. The steak doesn’t seem marinated but the garnish gave it a really good flavor.

My husband’s pork chop was lacking seasoning as well, but when paired with the grits it was really good.

I love Fried Green Tomatoes. I eat them at every restaurant I visit. My first bite was bland. It seemed like it was just breaded and fried. It needed salt. However; when paired with the tomato jelly it was really good.

I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to try other menu options.

Let me start off with the positives things This place of business was very nice and clean the waitress she was really nice can’t remember her name but she was younger girl 20-22 of age very polite. Second the food needed more season for one I got lobster egg rolls , and lamb ( no season ) but they definitely didn’t over cook them they was cook perfect just no taste I got them medium well they definitely understood that assignment . My friend got pork chop & macaroni cheese let’s start with pork chop still had blood through it wasn’t cooked as far as the macaroni cheese it was well done if that’s a thing . The salad how do you really mess up that but it wasn’t good at all moral of the story I don’t know if went on the wrong night we arrived at 6:20 they closed at 10 so that wasn’t a problem but two of us including me was sick last night after we got home when I walked in I really expected more because the set up was nice I can’t add the pic for some reason

This is my third time at Lulu’s Place. The first two dining experiences were 10/10.
Yesterday was the worst experience I’ve had there.
My crawfish egg rolls were exceptional as always.
The fried pickles were different from other restaurants. It was personally too big of spheres for my liking. The flat iron steak was not good at all. It was cooked to three different temperatures and was visually charred. I was highly disappointed with my dining experience this time.

It was our first time there. First, the staff were so inviting and made us feel like we were in their home. Fancy was awesome, she was so sweet and great personality. The chef came out, he was great, he answered all our questions regarding the dishes.

The food was good, I had pork chops

and carrots on the side. I ordered the fried green tomatoes, it was ok. The atmosphere was great and food was good. I'll be going back.

I had a great lunch at Lulu’s Place today. The food was excellent, and our server was attentive but not overbearing. Highly recommend the Farmer’s salad!

This was my first time in this place and the last one! Food was good I ordered a Cobb salad. The place looks nice but, these is the worse serviced I ever had. I arrived at 10 minutes before 1 pm. the manager greeted us at the door. she took us to the table after she sat us she said that we can ordered anything in the menu but entrees (WDH). I ordered a glass of wine and my girlfriend ordered a mimosa. I had to send the wine back because it was bitter. I send it back and asked for a beer. The server took the order we waited for about 20 minutes for food. when the food arrived the server asked us if the food was good and drop the check. we just started the meal and she brought the check! we asked for another drink and the server got mad about it My girlfriend drove from Birmingham to come to see me we were having good time enjoying ourselves when the server told us that the manager has to go. I asked what time do they close and she answered 2pm. Their web side says that they close at 3pm and reopen at 4pm on Saturdays for lunch. we were looking for a place to have brunch and these was the only place that offered in Anniston. the server was not professional at all.
