Almost a perfect experience. The food is terrible. Do not get the wings. I even managed to win a little money. Not a massive amount, but I did win. Yet the server suggested the wings. Normally when a worker makes a menu claim, they tell you what’s good. These were not good. I wondered was this intentional because she wasn’t happy with her tip. But it was take out. I tipped 3-5 dollars. The room is clean. There were only 2 video poker machines. That is unacceptable in 2025 for a resort casino of any kind. I thought I would be leaving 5 stars, but the wings were undercooked flaps of skin. I went back to order a pizza, but everything was closed. This was so close to being a great experience. I literally don’t know if the server did this on purpose or not. That’s how bad they were. If I could at least order a beer, or pizza I would be happy. Nope .. everything is closed now. Jokes on me. You win. Haha

An hour from the bustling town of Tacoma. Hidden away in the trees, quiet hometown feel and a great getaway. Amazing staff. I used to be Hosted here but haven't played in over a year. The staff welcomed me back so generously. They comped me a room and dinner. Tonya was Great!! Try the BBQ chicken pizza with the white sauce base. Delish!! Some unmentionable characters playing inside so I would protect yourself and your vehicle but I suppose that's similar at any casino you visit. I really appreciate the warmness felt during each and every interaction I had with the staff here. A dream team. Truly. Thank you.

This is a quick stay off the interstate. We planned on one night and stayed three. It was centrally located for our day trips. The site is very clean. The staff is very friendly. Great rates! Would stay again if in this area.

We had a B L A S T at Lucky Eagle Casino! I sat at the Blackjack table and watched myself get win after win. I’ve always played the slots so this was different. We stayed so late we had to get a room. Our room was wonderful. Our bed was super comfortable and we woke up and played with the slots in the casino (yes I won that too) and then we went home. I saw LOTS of people winning money. I’ve always heard that about Lucky Eagle Casino so experiencing it for myself was really fun!! We are already talking about planning a trip in the spring. I highly recommend Lucky Eagle Casino!!

Everything was great with the room and the service, but the food was crap. Over priced grossness that was way worse then any fast food joint. Would come back and stay again but don't eat at the so called fancy restaurant. Next time I'll do little Ceasars or the sandwiches place if I need food. At least I won't expect much and most likely be happier than some chips with cheese and some strange red sauce and tiny pieces of chicken and call it nachos for almost 20 bucks.

I did not stay overnight, but I am told the rooms are nice. You can get free overnight stay depending on your gambling level. Great staff, location, food (miss the buffet), and adequate parking. Besides, not everyone can park at the entrance, and we all need to take a few extra steps. This is also a place where seniors meet. We (seniors) worked most of our lives) and some saved a crap ton of money, so why not go out and enjoy. You can't take it with you, but you can have fun and be on the edge playing your favorite table games or slots. I think large giveaways should be broken down so that more people can win. Instead of gifting one person a 25 k giveaways, why not give 5 people 5 k. That would be awesome 👌

We were gifted a night stay here at the Lucky eagle Casino Hotel and it did not let us down. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were a great size andthe water temperatures pressure were amazing. The linen and towels provided by the hotel or clean soft and with a good aroma

My kids and I have came so many times over the years to swim and just get away. Rooms are very nice and very clean. However, we experienced so many rude and “ too busy to help” hotel staff and in the casino. My hubby forgot his ID and walked to get our food order from the restaurant in the casino and was told he needed ID to get in. He explained the situation and the guard said they could escort him to the restaurant to get the order, so my husband said that’s fine, then said guard told him he still needs ID?!?! We were told we could take our kids in but we just need to tell them we are going to the restaurant. So i walked and got the order.
Got back no silverware, so husband went to front desk and was again given the I’m too busy to help attitude. Personally we saw many staff just clustered together chatting many times. One incident we had stood at the counter waiting for staff to wrap up their chat before even acknowledging us. Very sad as service use to be amazing.
