Love's Travel Stop, is one of the best convenience stores and most complete fuel stations you can find.

If you want to take a shower just wait until it rains in Barstow , shorter wait time than this Loves has for a shower! Ridiculous management! Waited almost two hours started at position 10! When I was 1st there was a line of 23 people!

Rudest Love's staff I've seen in my life and that covers years of truck stop showers. These showers are overpriced unless you like paying for strangers' pubes everywhere. Gross. When I left an employee was power washing the parking lot right on my van. Mine was the only vehicle there and he was spraying parking lot crap all over the side! I asked him to stop and he kept spraying! He got me wet as I was trying to leave! The real kicker is the GM , Dustin or Justin, asked me if I pulled in on the guy while he was power washing, Really? Nope , I was using your filthy shower but that's the last time. You're the biggest jerk for a manager I've ever met and I'm also complaining to corporate. I just washed my white van too.

Terrible Service Service And Worse Staff

The staff members are ridiculous, especially the short woman at the truck service office. She was rude and kept me waiting for almost 3 hours When I asked a simple question about how long another truck would take, both she and mechanic gave me the same magical response, I DON’T KNOW.

So you’re telling me you don’t know that changing an engine oil with an oil filter replacement takes a maximum 20-30 minutes? These people are on salary, so they take their sweetest time just to finish their work hours.

Remember you are not just losing one customer at a time by this kind of treatment and behaviour, you will lose more business from others. Keep that in mind.

A fairly new Love's location in Barstow, very nice and has everything you need for travel, gasoline and showers. Not as big as some other locations. Hot food is available, but they were out of containers for hot dogs.

Overall good truck stop. Shower 6's outlet doesn't work so no hair dryer use in winter. Shower 7 has water pressure problems as most of the water spills out from other places. Here's what you will minimally get, and usually puts out a bit more. Not sure what reduced it further. A huge problem for those of us who actually work up a sweat or are forced to wait longer than reasonable for a Shower. I waited an hour at this place and it's not uncommon. We also generally wait due to work restraints.
