The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to answer all my questions.
I feel their laser equipment is pretty good quality, I have very thick/course back hair and saw about 85-90% reduction after 6 treatments. Will probably only need 2-3 more treatments at most.

Business hours are 10:30 - 5 pm, M - F.
When my wife had her first treatment, she had a great experience and shared her joy with friends and family. She asked for an appointment reminder card or a business card, but they don't have any cards. However, they will send a text reminder one day before the appointment. She did receive a reminder text, one day before her appointment. She had an unavoidable conflict and she called after receiving the text immediately. However, she was informed there is a two day cancellation policy and a fee of $35. She was in shock because this is a very unethical business practice. She tried to reschedule but with the limited hours starting at 11 am, she could not, since she has commitments during the weekday afternoons. She still has paid treatments that we will end up probably never using after this experience.

The hair removal laser they use DOES NOT WORK. I have had hair removal in several places. I spent $700 for leg hair removal and NO improvement. This place is terrible. Do not waste your money here.

No one ever answers the phone call. DO NOT buy the laser hair removal package on Groupon cuz you’ll never able to get your appointment scheduled and you’ll end up with wrangling with Groupon for a refund.

I visited Lotus Laser & Spa six times and was pleased with the customer service I received. The two ladies who assisted me were kind and patient, taking the time to explain the services and set expectations for my treatment. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to my positive experience. I received laser hair removal on my neck, and I no longer deal with bleeding or razor bumps after shaving.

I've been pretty unimpressed with this office. For one, the costs are not always clear. I ended up being charged full price for a service that I had thought would be at a discount, and the whole transaction was awkward. Then, after going through a full package of laser hair removal treatments in several areas, I've seen no changes. The treatments would slow hair growth initially? But then it all came back. Perhaps others have had more luck -- our bodies are all different -- but I've heard the same re-growth experiences from a couple other friends who go here as well. To some extent, I almost didn't mind, because their machine that inspired me to purchase packages in the first place was so fast and comfortable. However, now they have a new machine that takes significantly longer. My appointment went from 10min to 40min, for reference. They never told me the machine changed, and now it's far less comfortable with way more unpleasant sensation to sit through. I recommend going elsewhere.

Unfortunately my hair has grown back and is very thick. I have had over 12 sessions of Brazilian and there is not much change. Initially it did slow hair growth, but long term it didn’t work. I do know they switched lasers multiple times. The staff was really nice and cared about getting the areas of hair and thicker areas but unfortunately it just didn’t work. 3 stars because the staff is kind.
