This is a little out of the main town. We didn’t know it was there and tried all the little places in town first that were full ( thankfully!) and ended up here. So happy we did. Clean and spacious. I don’t know that we’ll be in the area often but it will be our go to! We didn’t want to leave ha. They were so accommodating and gave us late checkout to help us be able to get our three children and 2 elderly dogs ready ( which takes FOREVER) 🙌 people at the front desk were all extremely nice too. Housekeeping was nice as well!

My wife and I came for a weekend get away to do some hiking and this hotel was awesome! Great staff, great pool and hot tub! The rooms were nice, very clean and made us feel safe and relaxed. We love the vibe! I am excited to bring my kids and other family members for a weekend here!

Everything was great. The rooms were great. Just needed a little more attention. Under the couch was full of crumbs from food. Looked like some kiddos were in the room at sometime. Would just recommend vacuuming under the couches as food can get stuck and critters could get in. The people were great. The location to down town was great. I’m a big stickler on cleanliness but I also have kids and know that they are a mess. So just needed a little more attention in the crevices. The bathroom was great we all loved the mirror great for doing makeup. Would totally stay here again!!!

No complaints at all. Enjoyed the updates modern room. The view from the patio was enjoyable. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed breakfast at Denny’s via a voucher that comes with the room. Nicely done all around.

1 star is too generous for this dump. We had multiple issues with our room, the pool was green and the hot tub was dirty. There was trash outside our room I picked up

We really had wanted to use the pool and hot tub amenities but didn't feel safe using either. The location is only a mile from historic downtown so that was acceptable. The morning we were leaving my husband noticed a urine stain on the sheets of one of the beds. The manager came and inspected it and claimed it was a hard water stain. We disagreed. Initially he offered to refund our money because of the unsanitary bedding and even offered to comp us an additional night's stay in the future.

Then the next day I get an email telling me we aren't getting a refund or a future night's stay. The manager claimed our dog peed on the bed. Our dog is a miniature Dachshund and can't jump on beds. We brought his crate to sleep in. He was also crated whenever we weren't there and was taken out to go to the bathroom every 2-3 hours.

A very poor experience. There are much better hotel options.

Arrived w/o a reservation after a very long day of driving from Colorado. We had stopped at 2 previous hotel that had No vacancies. I was ready to sleep in the car.
The desk clerk was SO friendly and accommodating. Was able to give us a room on the 1st floor. Kindly answered questions, I felt she went way ABOVE board in customer service.
This would be my first choice if we needed to stay in this area again. Customer service was outstanding.

Great place to stay while traveling with a pet. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

We arrived early, and they offered early check without asking. The rooms were immaculate. The jacuzzi was clean and felt wonderful. They assigned our room so that we had excellent privacy. Very beautiful grounds and a wonderfully quiet stay. We would recommend Los Viajeros Inn to everyone.
