Beautiful resort/property. In walking distance of many options in the surrounding area. The room was sizable and accommodating. Very clean, immaculate. The shower pressure was horrible. I got in late and left early. I'll be back to further enjoy and capture. Thank you, Emma, for allowing me to check out late.

We had a great time at the hotel. Pretty decent hotel and great location for walking down the shopping area.
The room was great, the kitchen was pretty clean and arranged well with everything you need, which is awesome.

Check in was pretty smooth and easy check out.
Only problem was we found a used towel hang in the bathroom and the wall mini mirror was kind of dirty, otherwise everything was great.

And by the way, parking lot was pretty full if you drive out at night, that’s another problem you might need to walk back to your room.

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Enjoyed creek and putt putt. Amazing views right outside your room. My daughter said the gym was amazing, please don’t change a thing! Room needed updating, but understand it’s coming soon. Only negative is parking ! Do not come in late! But will not detour me from returning!

It was off season and we only stayed the one night. Probably a great place for families or during warmer months. The river park was nice. Beds were ok, but have slept on better. The rooms are huge and have small kitchens and patios.

We had a delightful stay here. They are so child and pet welcoming. The grounds are beautiful. You can swim, play basketball, mini golf. Shopping is just across the parking lot. You can walk anywhere and everywhere. The rooms themselves are large. The decor is definitely dated. I have to admit it's not quite up to Hilton standards. With all the new hotels around, staying relevant should be a priority. Hopefully, Hilton will spend some money on better furniture and accessories soon. Even small things like making sure the refrigerator opens in the proper direction is helpful. Or that the shower head has water pressure. It's the little things that matter too . We would definitely come back. The location is too perfect not to. We'll just cross our fingers for an updated interior on our next visit.

Well, this will be the last time we stay at Los Abrigados. We have stayed there several times, but it's been a couple of years since our last stay. We thought we'd give it one more chance, assuming maybe some upgrades had taken place. It was really outdated and old last time, but we liked the location, so we thought we'd try again. Wow, nothing has changed... it's the same OLD and OUTDATED place. The interior and exterior are extremely dated and not very clean. It's honestly the same look as an old roadside motel. Old, ugly, scratched furniture, faded carpets, food splattered on the wall in the kitchen, and the dishwasher didn't work. The upper shelf in the dishwasher was completely broken, too. Also, it's really tacky how they get very "salesy" with you in the lobby trying to "sell" you on activities and joining a 90 minute seminar to receive a gift card. It's a typical timeshare pushy situation, and it's a total turn off! All of this for $400 / night... are you kidding me? Our mistake for giving it one more try and wasting money on a dumpy hotel that is more like an old "motel". We never write reviews, but after this stay, we just had to... it was that bad! If they have, apparently, been bought out by Hilton, then hopefully Hilton will put in a lot of money to this place and completely renovate it. It desperately needs it, since it's in a good location. Other than that, don't waste your money on a old, dirty hotel.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and had everything we needed. While the furniture was a bit dated, the stunning views more than made up for it. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it convenient if you want to cook during your stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Tlaquepaque, so you can easily explore the shops and restaurants.

A heads-up: this is a timeshare property, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located spot for a Sedona getaway.

I’ve stayed here 4x in the past 9 months. This particular trip was for business. Concierge is amazing! Pool, hot tub and yoga classes are great, very slow flow beginner. (The locals do yoga here, sorry guys.) I typically get a one bedroom suite with the kitchenette, and a private patio. The fridge is big, not full sized, with a freezer. I’ve also stayed for vacation. You cannot beat the amenities or the location! I only drove to hike and there are shuttles to some of the hiking trails now. LOVE this place!!!
