Super friendly and greeted right when I walked in. Easy to order. They make it fresh to order so the wait was a bit but totally worth it. This location is very chill during the day. I got the two meat mix with Kalbi and crispy shrimp but no macaroni salad. Thank you Manuel and chef!

When I went to pick up my food the restaurant was dead on employees behind the counter, one hanging out in the lobby on break. The restaurant had a really bad odor like drain problems. I pick my food up. The Kalua pork was extremely dry and tasted old, not like the pork I’m use too. I’m super disappointed

Good food, big portions. I really enjoyed the katsu chicken, it was juicy on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The musubi was good (we tried spam and beef ones), but not excellent as it felt kind of rice heavy and under sauced. The short ribs were pretty fatty but had good flavor. Overall a tasty spot for when you're craving some island fare. Thanks!

**********Was not good like I once had it before. The gravy that was once gravy is now flavored water. It's a shame. It was good one time prior but you can see inside the bag since the gravy is water it spilled out walking it from their counter to the closest table in the restaurant. Disappointed for $16 the quality should be a bit better in my humble opinion. 😦👎

Finally took a chance and went to Lolo's to see what was what and I was presently surprised. I thought the food was better than Mo Bettahs and the service was spot on. I never had to wait for my order and was the place was kept clean for dine in eaters. I'm definitely a Lolo's fan now.

Our whole group didn't really care for the food at all. The fish was poorly cooked and the food didn't really replicate Hawaiian food. I've had authentic Hawaiian and this was nothing like it. Very under seasoned. I am by no means a critic, but I would probably never come back to this place. To go is in plastic Styrofoam containers, so if you are personally trying to be planet conscious I wouldn't recommend this place. I appreciated the service, but I am all about honesty! Thank you! 🙂

In total we have tried this place twice. I am no Hawaiian food expert so I cannot speak of how authentic this place is. Overall, we like the food and their flavors so far. Even my dad likes it.

We like the fire chicken, chicken katsu and the Hawaiian bbq chicken. Their sauce is leaning towards the ‘runnier’ side. The brown rice is a bit too dry in my opinion, but I love their macaroni salad. Ask me if the veggie salad is worth it and I will say no.

I notice the spam musubi is a bit pricey, but what is not these days. Their lunch portion is good for us.

The restaurant style is fast casual, everything is self service and you receive food in styrofoam containers, regardless if you order to stay or to go. This is what I don’t like given the price we pay, so I would rather only order takeout here. Their decorations are good, and what we like the most is the employees’ attitude and customer service. Both times, the employees who took our order were very friendly and welcoming!

We will go here again if we ever crave Hawaiian food for sure.

This place is a must-try for BBQ lovers! The meats were cooked to perfection, and the tropical flavors really came through. The staff were friendly, and the vibe was casual but inviting. Great value for the quality of food !
