Found this cool place on our way home from the Dells. Super cute log cabin with great theming inside. Friendly staff and a broad menu with reasonable prices. You can get a slice of pie as a side for your meal! The caramel apple pie was the best! Lots of homemade bread choices. The chicken fried steak was delish. Well worth the drive. Can’t wait to go back next time we’re nearby. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a great restaurant! Delicious food, home cooking, yummy pies, fresh breads! The restaurant is gorgeous too! There is so much to see. The more you look, the more you see. A lit of carved bears, too. Very cute! The service was extremely friendly and very pleasant. When we are up in the part of Wisconsin, we are coming back for sure.

It is a log building. One with animals carved into the logs and real stuffed animals hanging in the walls. Really fun to see. Walk in and you can't miss yummy looking pies. Just have some pie?
My wife and I split a chocolate/ raspberry muffin -warm with butter/awesome!
We also split a breakfast 2/ pancakes, sausage, eggs. Very good

They put cheese on my Mac and cheese. They gave us warm bread. The country fried chicken was crispy and delicious. The ribs fell off the bone. Stopping here is a must when you’re in the area. It’s just like walking into grandma’s house for a meal. Literally, you will feel the love in the food, it’s that good.

Generous portions of good food.
Fun and complete themed decor. Not as intimate and supper club like as photos led us to believe, but we enjoyed ourselves.
Noticed it is very popular with people who’ve spent the day skiing.

Plenty of free parking and handicap accessible entrance. The restaurant was clean and well staffed by trained, courteous and caring wait staff. We were greeted upon entry and seated quickly. Our server was fast and brought our menus and drinks right away. Soon returning with our orders which were correctly prepared, appropriately proportioned, and hot. Food was good. I also ordered a slice of coconut cream pie, unfortunately I often make these at home. I prefer meringue topping. There was so much sweet whipped cream on the top and in the filling I thought it would make me sick if I ate the whole thing. This was my one and only complaint about our visit, let me be clear that we had a good time and will return as often as I can!

When you have to wait 10-25 mins for a table you know it's good food. Worth the wait! Breakfast was delicious, reasonable prices and big portions. Service was friendly! Wish I had room to try the pies they looked divine.
