Absolutely phenomenal experience here. I'm not a city guy, but this place sure changed my mind about it hey. The service is above and beyond, the rooms are open, the bed is like you're sleeping on freaking clouds... And the views, man...

The pool and fitness centre is beautiful too; not the biggest and best, but the water is warm and the gym has enough to get a basic workout in by.

Ultimately, the customer service is worth the money for. Friday night me and my love had plans but we bailed on them because we weren't feeling up for a big night again. Went downstairs and asked the boys at the Lobby their recommendations on a quiet and romantic places and boom, a perfect dinner date came to fruition. Cannot thank them enough for their advice!

Anyways, 100000% recommend this place. I WILL be back. Thank you all for such a memorable experience and time.

Very good location. Great reception area. Very convenient shopping all around well furnished rooms with good feel. Staff is really good. No need to look beyond this hotel for staying in LA as tourist. It's part of same complex as the Chinese theatre, Oscars Dolby theatre, walk of fame etc.
Hollywood sign clicks also possible from the hotel.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, from the entrance, Reception, F&B, and Housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay and are ver thankful for the hospitality of everyone in the hotel.

The location is great, close to Metro, Hollywood Walk of Fame, TCL and great shops. It’s connected to the Ovation and Dolby Theatre. Resorts fee is worth it, I did not mind paying for it because it comes with perks!

I love the Hollywood sign view from our room 🙂

I had a wonderful stay, and one of the standout aspects was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and efficient, making the experience stress-free.

The on-site restaurant, H2, was a delightful surprise. The food and drinks were of excellent quality, and I highly recommend trying their cocktails – they were absolutely amazing and a highlight of the visit. The ambiance of the lobby restaurant added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

A special shout-out to the housekeeping team is well deserved. They went above and beyond to ensure that my room was impeccably clean and tidy every single day. Their attention to detail and punctuality in maintaining the rooms did not go unnoticed and added to the comfort of my stay.

The hotel also offers decent facilities, which contributed to a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. While everything met or exceeded my expectations, it was truly the warmth and dedication of the staff that made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, and a comfortable environment. I look forward to returning in the future!

Stayed 3 nights there to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The location is ideal just 15 minutes walk to the Bowl. Staff is great, thank you for the upgrade. The room was quiet, spacious and clean with a wonderful view on the sign. The deposit process is not so cool as they charge upfront vs other properties that don't.

Absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including a rooftop pool and a fantastic restaurant. Location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. I felt pampered throughout my visit! Highly recommend!

Jayro at the check-in was awesome and very accommodating and respectful. Great hospitality and genuine getting to know us when we had a late check-in. Based on interaction with the staff alone we would revisit this location. Beautiful hotel, poolside was very relaxing and the water was heated well with views of the Hollywood sign. The suite was beautiful with an amazing view of Los Angeles just steps from the walk of fame.

Beware! Unknown charges simply for moving the 3 bottles of Fiji water 2 days after checkout. DO NOT TOUCH THE BOTTLES!
The bottled water was $11 per bottle plus a 24% replacement charge! You could buy the same bottle for €4 across the road at the 7/11z.
No mention of any charges during checkout.
I returned back to the UK to find out I was charged $44. Called the billing department and no apology offered. Said it can take up to 30 days for a refund!
The water charges were not mentioned during check in by any of the staff. There was only a small label attached mentioning charges.
Awful the fact that this hotel does not provide any free water. Only after mentioning the disappointment, did the staff back at the reception desk offer small bottles of complimentary water. But was told to go across the road to buy water from the 7/11 across the road or the gas station next door.
Also, offer “perks” with the stay, however, terms and conditions specify otherwise.
The happy hour at the bar was only for house wine, house beer and martini. None of the other drinks were offered.
Unable to turn off air conditioning off, which meant it was running all night. Very noisy.
The only good thing was the size of the room and the location. Hospitality at this hotel sucks!
