The staff and detail to service make the stay at this resort an experience! The food served at the inside restaurant (Crown Landing) is really five star! Both breakfast and dinner! The front desk staff and service staff all around are clearly happy in their work as they are smiling and enjoy making your experience special! We came as part of a conference, and the hotel rooms were excellent, the bedding and the mattresses are very comfortable, which is really important to us, the gym is well equipped, and very clean. We didn’t have time to use the pools during our stay, but there were several heated pools outside. You have views of the water everywhere in this hotel from your balcony of your room and every hallway in the hotel. The lobby lounge and all of the outside patios are very comfortable with great furniture and fireplaces for the evenings and they all have a magnificent view of the water. I would definitely recommend this for a resort visit or a conference. We attend a lot of conferences and this was a great experience! Usually food served as breakfast and lunch at conferences is mediocre the food here was excellent and very fresh and high-quality!

Loews in Coronado was an amazing place for us to visit. It truly is a hidden gem! A beautiful view, quiet retreat, lovely amenities. I am incredibly glad that the CSNO booked our conference there. Amazing conference facility. Staying the night there was certainly a pleasure. Everything from oversized fluffy towels to amenities at the poolside, a 24 Hour Fitness Center spa services, gift stores, Beautiful restaurant, lounge, bar, relaxing gardens, heated pools, hot tub, shuttle to and from Coronado. Attentive staff that were friendly and welcoming. Smooth, check in and check out. Ease of booking online and great communication from concierge services. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend staying here. If we’re back anywhere near here, I would definitely stay here for vacation. Hoping that Work will bring me back here again sometime soon.

Our experience at this resort was outstanding. Our room was upgraded at no cost to us and we didn’t even ask! We had a view of the pool, marina and bay, and it was spectacular. The room was large and had a fabulous soaking tub, which I used twice! It was too cold to use the pools, but we hope to return soon. Self-parking was convenient by design, and the hotel was easy to navigate. We dined there, as well. The food and service were great. I have to say this is one of the best guest experiences we have ever had. We were treated like VIPs and loved every minute of it.

Property is well maintained, all workers were very nice and attentive, BUT The rooms are SO dated, especially for the price point.
Bathrooms have a very small shower with mold all over it, bathtub is yellow, the lighting in bathroom is terrible making it hard to get ready. Rooms definitely need a makeover. Wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

The staff was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, going out of their way to be sure I felt valued and that my needs were prioritized. The staff was also helpful in mentioning interesting things to do and sights to see while I was in town. The many amenities made my time at the resort just as enjoyable as my time out and about in Coronado. Definitely a good choice!

From the moment we arrived, the service at Loews Coronado Bay was outstanding! A special thank you to Jade at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful in providing us with the resort’s design and map, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the amenities.

The star service and housekeeping were amazing—every detail was taken care of with efficiency and care. When I noticed my hair conditioner was empty, they delivered a new bottle in just three minutes! That level of attentiveness truly impressed me.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you to the entire team at Loews Coronado Bay for making my experience so wonderful. I can’t wait to return!

I love this hotel, I come often with my son. Is clean, and people at front desk are very nice they always welcome you with a Smile. Even the people that clean the rooms are nice. Like MARIA QUESADA. she was very nice with me and my son, she brought us cookies and milk to the room. Love this place. I recommend 100 percent.

I have to take a moment to complement this wonderful hotel, but more importantly, the wonderful STAFF that took this from a good stay to a great stay! The hotel itself is lovely, has beautiful amenities and great food/drinks, and is located on its own little island with access to beach walking trails. But as you walk through the hotel, every single staff member offers a warm greeting, not just a smile and nod. ||I was even more impressed after I left my airpods behind in the room. Anabelle A found them and had security reach out to me -- Fernando B from security reached out and then Dyane Harris went above and beyond in making sure the got back to me ASAP. The services was truly top notch! I hope to return for another stay next winter.
