We had a great stay. All the staff were welcoming and nice. Very pet friend. Rooms where very well maintained and clean. It was very quit|Will recommend it to everyone wish we didn't have to go. Will come back again . . The rooms maybe a little small, but they worked great though. The inside looks freshly remodeled. And updated|.

The rooms were very comfortable and quite large. The location was perfect. We had a view of the river and the wildlife from our balcony. The service was excellent. The front desk lady Chrissy was extremely helpful and polite, a joy to talk to.

I accidentally booked this place thinking it was Laughlin River Lodge. Never will I book a non reform again. Big red flag! It's a terrible property, and the owner doesn't care! The curtain was 6inch short of the window Pic. IT rained one night, and my ceiling leaked. The refrigerator in my 'mini suite" putting a micro and busted out refrig with no shelves in a room doesn't make it a suite. The garbage two big containers were totally full and overflowing I would say at least 2 months' worth. I blame Expedia for carrying this property on their site! Where is Expedias quality control? I want a refund or credit! Shame on Expedia for allowing non refundable properties on the site. It should be a big red flag!

Our family of 4 stayed in the apartment at Lodge On The River for 5 days. On the 3rd day at 9:30pm we were surprised by a loud bang from the sprinklers down below us, and our son telling us that he could hear a siren going off. The desk clerk knocked on our door and told us we needed to evacuate because of a fire that was caused by the dryers electrical systems. We were not able to get back into our room until almost midnight and the entire room smelled of burnt plastic! We didn't get so much as an apology from management and were only reimbursed $40 dollars only because we asked. We were not offered another room that could accommodate our family, but offered a room that only had one bed. the desk clerk that knocked on our door was the only one who was professional and when asked if we could get the managers phone number he told us that she instructed him not to give it to us lol. We do not, and will not ever recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Bullhead City Arizona.

In addition, we ignored the other issues that came with the room like lack of towels, stains on the couch, and a TV that didn't work. When the TV was replaced, the remote didn't work. In an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room and only 1 TV I don't know how that adds up. We didn't want to be nit picky, but the lack of GIVE A S***, and respect for others lives is appalling!

My family I, and two dogs stayed for a 11 days before leaving. Had such a good experience that we came again the fallowing month for a week. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. From first night to our last the staff was always friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will definitely be back again. Wish we didn't have to leave.

Good place , especially if you are traveling with a pet or staying for extended period of time .Rooms and beds are clean , no cockroaches or bed bugs. At front desk , Crissy and Tristan, checked me in, both were friendly and helpful. I asked if I could get a fridge in my room , Dan brought me one right away, along with a microwave. .

If you’re on a low budget, this is your place! Extremely reasonable prices. Cute little lodge on the river very quiet. The staff were nice & accommodating. Our room was a little dated but for the most part we had everything we needed for a few nights. We enjoyed the pool and the location is perfect close to everything. I would stay again.

This place is very sketchy. We went in to no sheets and provided our own. The trash was never dumped and was stacking up outside the garbage cans only to be loaded in a trailer. We had dogs with us and got told that they were too loud when they just whimpered a little when it was time to go out. There is big time drug dealings going on around there, like meth being sold. Pool was dirty. Laundry room was closed all the time, no ice and breakfast was a joke. Wifi cuts in and out and that is the only way that you can watch any tv. I do not recommend staying here. Never got my deposit back either thanks to no sheets on the bed, $100 down the drain, thanks for making times harder on me and my family! Watch your back with this place.
