Where to start? I had such an amazing experience from start to finish it was perfect. If you didn’t know this place is inside the Harley Davidson so finding it was easy for me and parking was also easy. I was immediately greeted by the owner she asked if I was dining in or to go.
There was a QR code to scan to view the menu, I already had my mind set on those loaded grits so I ordered that and added hot links. I also ordered the lemonade of the day, which was a blended pineapple.
The grits did take about 25 minutes because they are made to order but you can’t rush greatness so I was OK to wait.
I also went with a friend who ordered The Hangover. The food came out piping hot because everything is made fresh.
When I tell you those loaded grits tasted exactly how I dreamt they would taste.
Usually when you go to restaurants, you’re so used to grabbing condiments before even trying the food. The owner directed me to at least try it before adding anything and she was right the meals did not need anything more everything was perfectly seasoned not too salty not too cheesy literally perfect. Her hospitality was unmatched and I was even more shocked when I paid and wanted to leave gratuity but she so graciously said she didn’t accept tips but did ask for me to spread the word about her lovely establishment!
Next time I come, I’m gonna make sure I bring cash just to show my gratitude the hospitality, the food and the overall experience was literally five stars.
This may have been my first time, but it surely won’t be my last!

My wife and I like to try new places to eat and we tried lizzy lous for our anniversary breakfast. It was amazing, my wife had the shrimp and grits and I had "SECRET MENU" chefs choice, were I get surprised with what I get. I has fried potatoes with onions and peppers topped with a full flavor shredded beef and cheese bread with a creamy dipping sauce. Everything was amazing and fully satisfying. We will definitely come back again.

The food is delicious! I don’t typically order shrimp and grits, but I’m glad I did. The flavor layered throughout the entire dish, it was so good! My partner ordered chicken and french toast, and it was also delicious! But the grits stole the show ! We will definitely be back.

Wow!! Been wanting to try this place for a while. Did not disappoint! I had the shrimp and grits and OH MY goodness - was so good my eyes popped! The portion was generous, beautiful, and priced right. Felt like I visited New Orleans, was amazing! Ate there with my family and others had the French Toast - they were happily dancing in their seats. So delish! The place clean and the owner is so hospitable. It was fun to look at the Harley’s, too. Will definitely be back!

I could not be more satisfied with Lizzie Lou’s.
The owner , Nessa was nice and very welcoming. Her customer service was amazing from the time that I walked in, from checking in on me and being transparent and announcing the wait time as people poured into the establishment. Not to mention a great cook.

I’ve been wanting to try this place, so once I was finally able to make it in, I tried multiple menu items.
Pancakes were nothing short of amazing, the hangover aka eggs, potatoes, peppers and onions , the French toast and chicken as well as the shrimp and grits. She took her time and did her thing on every menu item. The strawberry lemonade has a hit too.
I highly recommend this place and will be returning!

Amazing food and atmosphere. We got French toast and shrimp and grits. Both were very good. Great prices as well. The owner is an amazing lady that runs the restaurant on her own. Highly recommend stopping by. It’s located in Harley Davidson but you don’t have to be a biker to eat there 😊

If you don’t get here and try this place out. You are in Tacoma area you need to get here and eat some GREAT food, and GREAT service! By far the best food I’ve had in a while!!! We ordered all sorts of things and not one item was bad. Everything was great!!! Gotta get here and please take care of Nessa!! She went above and beyond!!!
