Our room was great! The view was outstanding and the fireplace was warm and cozy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The meals were yummy but must admit the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. My husband ordered the huevos rancheros, delicious. My choice was Ole’s Favorite Breakfast, which indeed is now my favorite breakfast. The Swedish Hotcakes were light and fluffy and so yummy.

Great place to stay while exploring and enjoying the local area. Our room had a a amazing view of the ocean. We borrowed some DVDs from the main office and enjoyed movies at night. Bed was very cozy and spacious. Definitely recommend, we'd be happy to stay there again!

What a wonderful stay. Staff and Tenants were all pleasant and loved the property. We loved the Pacific Ocean views and sounds from our quaint room with a cozy fireplace, firewood, and beautiful balcony. Amenities, and services were top notch and the facilities were one of the best maintained that I have reviewed. This little Inn is a must see destination for those looking for an authentic Mendocino vibe. Many close by attractions sure to please as well. At times, it is surreal. As a bonus, this place is Pup friendly. The pups were happy too. I would encourage any trip planner to add this facility to your itinerary on your way up the Cali Coast, even if you cannot stay the night, and just want to stop for a great bite to eat, or shoot some beautiful golf in the refreshing sea breeze with your crew.
It was comfortable, clean, convenient, professional, well maintained. I give this venue 5 strong stars.

Great location overlooking beautiful rugged shoreline. Nice rooms, excellent restaurant and bar. Friendly staff, quick and flexible service.||We have a disc golf charity event every year at this facility. It's an amazing experience overall.

Incredible cottage with amazing service. Close to town, amazing hot tub with garden views. The cottage is attached to the owners home and they dropped off bottles of wine to say hello. Made us feel so welcome. This was our second time there and we will definitely be making this a yearly visit

We’ve been to Little River Inn several times. Always enjoy staying there. Love the ocean view. Rooms are really nice. Really like having a restaurant and bar on site. Staff is always top-notch. The fact that they’re dog friendly is a huge plus.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful location. The best service restaurant is quality and town. Restaurants are great too. We stayed at the llama house. Directly across the street is the best hiking right down to the ocean. Dog friendly. We go every year and stay in the same place. Cannot beat this place highly highly recommend.

Family of 4 plus dog. Visited mid week early Dec 2024.
Comfortable rooms , property - bordering on luxurious - as it is charming, well maintained, all boxes checked and not a single reason to complain. And not loud, opulent luxury. 5 ADA rooms and several pet friendly room / cottage combos. Clean, well thought out amenities and excellent, prompt service. Spa on site - must email ahead of time to plan/ reserve - happy with their service. Gina is very skilled.
