I remember being very young at 12, and my family had bought jams and vinegars here all the time. We had vinegar from here that lasted even when we had moved back to Sacramento. The memory of flavors here were so good that I could tell even then, and remember, the quality of ingredients as I sit here ten years later across the country in PA. A real gem among places along this small section of the coast.

Delicious jams, chutney, and sauces. My family of four stopped in because it was recommended, and rightfully so. The proprietor (Lisa) shared lots of samples with us, and told us all about how they are made. I was impressed that she uses 3:1 fruit to sugar in her jam, versus more like 1:2 fruit to sugar in commercial jams.

The place is hard to spot, since it does not call attention to itself, but if you want great hand made locally sourced jams and chutneys, this place is hard to beat. It's a perfect complement to Two Fish bread.

Lisa, The blackberry sauce and plum chutney are as delicious as I anticipated. I did have high expectations after our conversation and your enthusiastic dedication to freshly made true preserves with real fruit and flavorings. So glad I stopped by this weekend! Genuinely enjoyed meeting you. This trip I headed home, without soup… next time

Wonderful jam shop (also chutney, marmalade, sauce, frozen soup, and others) that offers a wide range of flavors. Lisa was very friendly and patiently explained everything on the menu. The pluot jam and both chutneys we bought were very special and tasty! Price goes $10 a bottle.

A must stop on Pt. Arena. Lisa is a joy to talk to and had the most wonderful jams, jellies, chutneys and sauces. Made right there in her gorgeous kitchen. They are made from local fruit with greatly reduced sugar. They make perfect gifts!
