We had a negative experience with Lisa Hoppe Travel Consulting for our trip to the Bahamas. I used her team 10 years ago and have the best experience planning a vacation through them. This time she was impersonal, vague, and provided little attention to requested detail. We even had to reach out to her a few times because she was not getting back to us. I will not recommend this company and feel she caused us more stress in the planning process with her help than if we had planned it ourselves.

Went on a winter vacation to Sandals Negril, all arranged by Lisa Hoppe Travel. Everything went perfect, we were treated like royalty since this agency has done extensive bookings Sandals Resorts. Excellent resort, staff, food and experience! Will definitely book again with this travel agency. No worries just go on vacation and enjoy yourself. They do everything for you! Outstanding service!

We had a negative experience with Lisa Hoppe Travel Consulting for our trip to Europe. She was impersonal, vague, and provided little attention to detail. We do not recommend and feel she caused us more stress than if we had planned it ourselves. We even contacted Lisa Hoppe with our concerns by email and she never responded!

Lisa helped plan our honeymoon and everything went very smoothly! Hotels were great, transfers were always ready for us. We had nothing to worry about! Would definitely recommend!

Be aware she charges $150 to quote a travel itinerary for you. Also, when I passed on that offer, the response from her was "we'll see how long the other travel agents you're speaking with will be in business!"
