I really liked the food and my server was nice and attentive. But.... I was really disturbed by their cleaning habits. With all the food out someone took a spray bottle of I don't know what and sprayed and cleaned the sneeze guard. Maybe not that bad, but what is really gross is their ceiling. They kept all exposed venting and they have never cleaned it once since they opened. The dust and dirt isn't just inches on top of the pipes it is literally growing around it. The vents were so full of dirt it is hard to imagine they don't understand that it is blowing pieces on you and your food.
I told the server to be sure to tell the manager and she looked up and said 'wow that is gross'.
Can only make me wonder about what is going on in the kitchen too.

The food was tasty, however this setup is not accommodating for the amount of customers. Our waitress was on the money with our drinks. Our glasses were never more than half empty. It was hard to get food though, and the food kept running out. The bathroom was clean and it had a stall for diaper changes which was nice.

I like the Lin’s Grand Buffets that I have tried. At this location, the food was fresh and they had good variations of dishes to try. Unfortunately, for me, everything I tried (bar the sushi) was over-cooked and over flavoured. I did love the sauce on the ribs, but the ribs themselves were over-cooked and dry / hard. I think the highlight would have been the sushi and the shrimp.

The atmosphere was so-so and smoke filled the air from the grill. Staff were nice and polite. Bathrooms were clean and tidy.

I stopped in to visit here because I had tried the Lin’s Grand Buffet in El Paso. The El Paso location definitely had better food and a better atmosphere.

From what I ate and my experience, I would have given it 2 stars, but I decided to give it 3 stars because there’s a really good food selection here.

Food was pretty good, and the lady that helped with drinks and grabbing empty plates was great! Unfortunately the person that took our money was not. Immediately said no before I could finish asking a question and after paying, a thank you was said with zero acknowledgement, I was handed my receipt and said thank you again I received no response and just an eye roll and she turned away. Not really what you expect from a person who is there to greet you when you walk in. As we left I said thank you again and was ignored again. Kinda disappointed in the lack of professionalism and friendliness from the first and last person you see.

As a southern, I tend to love buffets. However, this one had mediocre food. The dining experience was seriously disappointing because the outside looks great, but the inside is okay. The only good thing was the ice cream. My waiter, even after clarification, I specifically asked for sweet tea and he brought me sprite.

Constantly has fresh food being added to the buffet. Diverse selection of items. Super friendly staff. Delicious Mongolian grill selections.

Love this place and come there twice a month. We always tip in advance and the table service is first class. The variation of foods works perfectly for us! We like it all.

I am thrilled that Lin's Grand Buffet finally came to Casa Grande!

My wife & I had an amazing dining experience. The food was well prepared and flavorful. There were many choices, I had 4 different kinds of shrimp that I enjoyed immensely. The pork melted in my mouth, and the sushi was surprisingly fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Our server was very very busy, but she checked on us all the way through, and I was very happy to have great service even though it was very busy.

I just gave my clients a dinner voucher as a "thank you" for doing business with me. I will only send my clients to a place that I know, like, and trust.
