Lynda is hands down the best. Fast efficient courteous service. You can literally call her when your flight gets cancelled at any ungodly hour at the other end of the country or world and she is cheerful and happy to help. So thankful for her. Definitely would highly recommend.

Linda is very professional. I explained to her my travel dilemma. She was able to help me book the flights needed to pick up and drop off my children in Washington state so they can spend spring break with me. Linda like to make travel process sound really good and simple at first. Then fail to deliver with huge mistakes such as: she only booked one of our hotel for 3 nights when we paid in advance for 5 nights. The transfers she arranged were very hard to connect with extremely short time frame(minutes) from train to buses. She also choose airport that was further away and was less convenient. She over charge us and if we do not agree with paying her, she just threatened to cancel the paid trip. She is very unpredictable and often miss scheduled appointments.
