Worst travel agency to go through. We have worked with different travel agencies for different tours via asia etc. and we thought we try a big cruise event for our friends. We booked super early, paid the premium deposit price got our confirmation code for 24 passengers! Then.... no response for a long time, we asked about discounts and they said they would look into discounts when the cruise doesn't get filled up. Said they would give me final confirmation about 20 days before cruise but didn't respond. we wanted to be put closer to the center of the boat so that its less rocky so a few people wouldn't get seasick. We didn't get anything until the week of the cruise. Our final confirmation code and details were completely different from the original. We were split up between the front and back of the boat, and we had one of the lowest decks. I called Carnival and they said they couldn't give me any information regarding our booking because it was done through a travel agency even though I'm the client. What they are likely to have done was cancel our original reservation to book last minute for the cheapest deal possible to increase their own profits. We got no consolation of any sort. One of my friends booked super late (2-3 weeks prior to the cruise) and got almost 30% off the price our group paid and got his own room on a higher deck. Wish I could give negative stars! I highly recommend going elsewhere to make your travel plans.

I am sad to report that my experience with Lincoln Tours has been less than stellar. In fact it has been extremely disappointing.

My father, whom is semi-retired at 66 years of age, decided to purchase his tour package from Lincoln Tours after seeing their ad in the Chinese Yellow Pages. Everything is all rosy before the money is tendered, but buyer beware of their commitment to customer satisfaction after the money is tendered.

To summarize, my father's trip to Thailand, Singapore and Hong Kong resulted in monetary damages (extra out of pocket fees) and un-rendered services (sites missed). All throughout the trip, all the affiliated tour agencies just pawned my father back to the Lincoln Tours to address any issues. My father being the trusting person he is did not complain until he arrived back at the US. Upon doing so the interactions with Lincoln Tours have been less than pleasant. We have heard everything from, needing to talk to the manager, needing to call the other affiliates, to requesting a formal hand-written complaint, all of which we have complied to. In total about 8 weeks of numerous promises of follow-up with their managers, follow-ups with its affiliates, updates through emails and phone calls were communicated to happen with us. Sadly there were no follow-ups or resolutions. We have complied to every request and yet each time, they failed to followed up, instead giving us the runaround and just hoping we would get tired and give up. We are tired, but we have not given up just yet. Upon calling Lincoln Tours after the 7th week, Andy, the client liaison admittingly revealed nothing was done the last 3-4 weeks, since we last talked. As a gesture of remorse he personally promised to follow through later that evening, at the very minimal send a formal email to his direct manager with myself CC'd. I waited that evening to allow Lincoln Tours a chance at redemption, but regrettably there was no followup email. So I decided that it was necessary to share my experience with others, so this unfortunate incident does not happen to anybody else.

It is my unfortunate displeasure to NOT recommend doing business with Lincoln Tours.

Very bad service, would not refund the promised amount upon cancelation. 18 people on our tour received all different amounts refunded on the $700 we paid for airfare. We were promised a refund of $500 if we canceled. Some only received $279. Don't use this company.
