3 stars for the coffee - tasted mostly milk in my latte unfortunately - I'm guessing if you are into super sugary dessert-style coffee, this place may be amazing. Reminds me of Dutch Bros. Not bad but not my jam.

5 stars for the service - fantastic staff, very friendly (but not overly friendly like some places)

My husband and I are visiting tri cities and we decided to stop here for some energy. We got the rescue Razzy and a jalepeno bagel. The drinks were delicious as was the bagel and the girl was very sweet!

i went to this coffee shop and ordered 4 drinks the girl asked if we had 1 drink and i said no 4 and she looked clueless like no one took our order but a girl did take our order outside in the line and when we finally got the drinks all of them looked the same and i asked what was what and they weren’t labeled and one of the drink orders had an allergy and we couldn’t tell what was what and they had to guess which one was the one that had the allergy it was very unprofessional and not okay and we left unsatisfied never coming here again sorry if my mom drank that she could’ve died or if a child had an allergy and drank it they could’ve died too. absolutely terrible would not recommend coming here if you want unprofessional people taking and making your food or drinks.

Don't go here go to the other firehouse coffee everytime I have gotten a lotus from here it's mostly soda water that's all I can taste I get a strawberry watermelon lime lotus and all I can taste is soda water with a hint of strawberry the other place makes it perfect everytime it's always so good figured I would try this one thinking it would be the same as the other one they are not just use the gas and go the other firehouse or have them come over and retrain this one cause it definitely needs some help

I went for an energy drink on the way to a work meeting. Was rushed and wasn’t greeted at all. The sliding window was rudely slammed on me and then she handed me the drink and slammed the window once again. The drink exploded on me in my car as soon as she handed it to me. No idea how that happened but it wouldn’t stop overflowing. It got all over my clothes I had to reschedule my meeting. I was going to ask for napkins but she wouldn’t come to the window again. I used to be a barista so this is something that could definitely be prevented. Very disappointing experience.

I love their energy drinks. Especially the Lifeline. My favorite. I normally don’t order food, I’m not a fan of bagels. This time I did. Asked what was on it. Was told cheddar cheese, bacon and egg. I was okay with that. I pulled over to eat my sandwich and it tasted funny. I was worrying that it was the cheese. I called and asked if it was cheddar or American cheese. I was told American and she asked why. Well, I am allergic to American Cheese. So now I get to spend my day with terrible stomach cramps. I got a “I’m so sorry”. Spent almost $8 on a sandwich I would not have ordered if I had known. Be sure to ask about the ingredients and make sure they are telling you correctly what the ingredients are. Other than that I’ve never had an issue with them and always love their customer service and drinks.

Coffee is excellent. Service is great. Not thrilled I was charged 2 dollars extra for almond milk. Seems like a punishment for needing a milk alternative. Won't be coming back unfortunately.
Edit* I am previous GM who brought milk alternatives into the store I was overseeing and I know for fact that the only alternative that's more costly than milk is hemp milk. I will not be lied to, to cover up the fact you wanna charge more for your product.
