I’ve been a customer for a long time. I always support local over corporate. Today I went in and ordered a seasonal coffee drink and it was unfortunately the worst. I drove back to the shop with the cup completely full. I explained the situation and asked if I could exchange it for a different one. The girl at the window said I would have to pay for another one. I understand if that’s your policy, but know, I won’t be back.

Today I decided to stop for coffee around 5 a.m. at this business requested only one scoop of sweetener. When I got home and tasted the coffee, it was overly sweet, so I went back to have it corrected. I explained the issue to the employee, who responded rudely and questioned whether I had been clear about my order. This was unnecessary, as I know how I like my coffee and had clearly specified my request.

I was particularly disappointed by the attitude when the coffee was remade—it felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered rude behavior from the staff at this location.

Customer service is a vital part of any business, and I hope the owner actually takes steps to address the staff’s consistent attitude issues. Employees who work with the public should genuinely enjoy interacting with customers, and this doesn’t seem to be the case here. I urge the owner to hire individuals who are better suited to providing a positive customer experience.

I’ll start off by saying I love Li’l Firehouse coffee, they are my go to for coffee. However, I’ve noticed lately that my drinks aren’t being mixed. I’ve had a few coffees, both iced and hot, where I suck up chunks in the straw. This morning, it was too much and my coffee tasted like warm milk. So I opened it to stir, and the bottom of my coffee was thick with sugar/white mocha powder. Very disappointing.

On 01/18/2025, I went to the walk-up window to order coffee. First, the staff did not notice me (lacking situational awareness), and second, the young lady who took my order at the window acted as if I was inconveniencing her. She was not very patient with me. However, the other young lady who made and handed me the food was much more pleasant.

I'm visiting from California, and I decided to try this place. I've never had a shake (Peanut Butter Blender) this good and healthy tasting before. I only wish there were more locations to keep coming back! Thank you.

I have been going here for a good 8 months and I love all the drinks I’ve had. They have great monthly deals and great drinks in general. My husband and I did try the pizza, and although it was good, the gentleman had burnt it which took away a bit of the flavor. But other than that I would highly recommend this place! Favorite coffee drink is backdraft breve!

Firehouse needs to stop playing with me… Why is my bagel burnt when i asked for it lightly toasted? Why do I stay getting tried 🤦🏽‍♀️ when I was handed my drink I was waiting for the camera crew to come out cause what the HELL is this? this is not what an iced on call should ever look like. Extremely trifling and the cherry on top is those passive aggressive workers like what are you guys so rude for?

I normally love this place but the last few times I came here the employees were kinda rude like I was inconveniencing them. I normally order a bagel with my coffee and each time it seems to get worse. Today I have no words. Would you pay money for this? The coffee is always good, so I’m confused why my bagel gets worse each time. It almost feels like they aren’t going to be nice to me until I establish myself as a regular and that’s a really bad mentality to have.
