Another member of our work party recommended this place from the last time we were here... musty moldy smell.... I'll never get my 150.00 back... read the reviews about the food, so won't be trying that. Wont be coming back... hell, the carpet was ripped up from the floor joint in our room adjacent to the bathroom.... don't do it. My nose was on fire from the smell and mold, and the beds are absolutely atrocious. My back is all sorts of messed up. Came back late at night, thought we were gonna be stuck in the elevator... needs major, major work...

I had my bridal shower of about 50 people here and would definitely recommend it for gatherings! Candice was a delight to work with and did such an amazing job making everything come together. Food was delicious, hot, and presented on time. She was very caring and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend having a banquet here! The view of Lake Michigan made this event even sweeter.

Highly recommend The Lighthouse Inn. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was large and spacious and clean (though a bit outdated- which is why I gave the room 4 stars) Great view of Lake Michigan. And the restaurant onsite has great food and very reasonable prices. Our servers for both supper and breakfast were polite and attentive.

I was only there for breakfast though I do plan to spend a night here in the near future with my husband.
The service and food in the restaurant were excellent. Such a beautiful view along the lake.

We stayed only one night while on a road trip. The location is great right on the lake with beautiful views. Stayed in a lake view room that was large and functional with a refrigerator and microwave. Check in/out was easy and staff were friendly. The included breakfast was a nice surprise.

The room was comfortable & clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of this inn, (rustic chic) and our stay. The beds were comfortable & the room big enough. Appreciated the breakfast voucher that we used in the attached restaurant.||The staff in the inn as well as in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming. We would stay there again.

This hotel is outdated. Needs new furniture. Housekeeping is good. The carpet needs replacing. The smell is rancid. Mattresses are very soft. Which I prefer much firmer. The rates are decent. And the location is Excellent.

We had an incident and instead of finding ways to problem solve because apparently the only people who can swim are the people who are “signed in” so if you want friends or family to come join THEY CANNOT. An old woman walks in with a paper yelling for my family member. She then proceeds to tell us “TWO ADULTS TWO CHILDREN” as we are all confused what the original issue is. We spoke to someone before going there and they told us we could all swim, and she said that the phone number was through a third party and “not their problem” and threaten to call the cops and told the guy she was with to “call 911” and based on other reviews many have had the same experience. There were many other ways to solve this problem, and she did none of those, we would have paid even more for all of us to swim. She then told us “This isn’t partyville”as we have a 9, 12 and 6 month old, like seriously?There were solid 7 cars in the parking lot, 5 of them were us. The lady with the glasses at the front desk was very nice. The other old chick with blonde hair needs to figure herself out.
