People are friendly.mgt friendly the rooms are good sized heating and A/C only draw back is shared bathrooms n showers and kitchen monthly prices are reasonably Cheap nothing fancy and unfurnished* floors are linoleum* NO ELEVATOR THIS IS 3 STORY AND YOU WALK UP N DOWN STAIRS* NO LAUNDRY ROOM* NO WASHERS OR DRYERS ON PREMISES*
