The restaurant looks cool and the Suya Lamb and fried plantains were delicious. Also the staff seemed nice and I got there right when it opened so I had no problem placing my order or getting it in a timely manner.

What I didn't think it was so great was the change in menu and what appears to be an elimination of the 2 side dishes that were supposed to come with every entree.

I had to pay for the only side I got and because they didn't have Lamb with bone in you couldn't get a lamb dish without paying an extra $2 for boneless which did not seem fair.

I hope they work things out so it's more clear when you get there exactly what you're paying for, and I would suggest reconsidering cutting out the sides with the entrees.

I will most certainly be coming back with friends and family, time and time again! What an absolutely wonderful place, the staff was so informative and friendly, the food and drinks were also so amazingly tasty. What an honor to have such a diverse staple in the Atwood neighborhood 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 We ordered coffee, a carafe of the ginger guice, YUM, fresh salads, dressing was great! Our main entrees were a baked fish dish, it was so flaky and savory, cooked to perfection. We also ordered a lamb entree, and were so happy with it and all the sides that came with. This place is a must try!! Definitely going to be a repeat for us. 💖

Delicious food made to order by kind chef. Had grilled lamb, chicken, fried plantains, rice and fries for a hearty meal. We’re looking forward to returning and trying more dishes.

We had a group of five on a Friday night. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious, and everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We will absolutely be back. I recommend grabbing some friends and ordering as many items as you can so you can try them all. You won't be disappointed.

I went there today for lunch. We started with Beef Pastel, which was very flavorful. It came with a sauce that my friend said was nice and spicy. For the main entree, I had the Palm stew with beef. The meet was fall off the bone tender. And full of flavor. It was served with Jasmine rice. My friend had the Peanut Butter stew, and she really liked it. All around great experience.

So nice to have a new restaurant in Madison where the food is interesting but also solid. Everything was beautifully presented. Hands down the best fish I’ve ever had in Madison. The sorrel juice was also delicious.
