Amazing place to stop and visit! Owner is super friendly and has the most beautiful soul. You can see that he enjoys what he is doing and has passion for it. He made our first visit very memorable to where my 7yr old wouldn’t stop talking about how nice he was and how great the experience was too.
1) he allowed us to try a little bit of the delights and baklava because we have never seen it before.
2) there was absolute no pressure on buying anything or rushing either. Which is supper important for me, bc I’m highly indecisive.
3) everything tasted great! I tried the cardamom Turkish coffee that he recommended. I’m not for dark bold coffees but it was pretty darn good. My son had the apple tea and drank it every last drop
4) Owner was very engaging with everyone and i truly appreciate the attention he gave to my son. Most places ignore children. He even had us all in the cafe playing Turkish yo-yo!
5) best stop to take in the area 😊 would highly recommend.

My wife and I went on a whim and picked a random coffee spot to try. We had a great experience here! The coffee was very tasty, the Turkish delights were delicious, and the atmosphere was genuine. Like a snip of turkey on the shelves. The owner was very passionate about his shop and an all-around great guy. He was telling us about a new product he just launched and we are very excited for his success!

This was my first time to have Turkish Coffee. Leo was amazing and told us how he has brought his family tradition to the Anacortes area. He made me and Mike a wonderful Turkish Latte with spices. This is such a cute location right next to the Sante Maria Marina. Leo also has a Mediterranean Food Truck next to the Coffe shop. The food is so fresh and delicious.

Zaza’s is an absolute delight! The owner makes you feel welcomed from the moment you step in and you can tell he not only has a passion for his business, but for his home country of Turkey and sharing all of its beauty and gifts with all stopping through. The coffee beans he sources are TOP NOTCH (and I’m a coffee snob). The house specialty Pistacia latte is so unique and delicious and all of the bakery items are DIVINE. This place is pure MAGIC and a must stop in Anacortes!!

I originally stopped next door at Dockside Dogs but after hearing about Turkish Coffee, Turkish Delights and Baklava, I made sure to swing in and grab a little something to take home. The Turkish Coffee is absolutely incredible, takes me back to actually being in Turkey and the Baklava is exactly what you need in life. It’s flakey, the right amount of crisp and then it just melts into the perfect bite.

I know he has ice cream as well, and everyone who tried some was loving it. That’ll be for next time I’m in Anacortes.
