I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service we received from our leasing agent, Stephanie. She made our apartment transfer process smooth, stress-free, and efficient from start to finish.

Stephanie was always professional, friendly, and extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. She explained everything clearly and helped us navigate all the necessary paperwork with ease. What really stood out was how patient and understanding she was during the entire process — she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly.

Moving can be overwhelming, but Stephanie made the transition feel effortless. Her dedication and support did not go unnoticed, and we’re so thankful to have worked with someone who genuinely cares about their residents.

I love my apartment! Will have been here a year this November, never had any issues. The staff is amazing as well, Stephanie, Brandon, and Josh all go above and beyond to help the residents here and keep the property clean and well maintained.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years and I love my home. The office and maintenance staff have always got everything taken care of and communicated with me throughout the process. My apartment has held up great these 6 years too. Everyone at the office has always been kind and understanding when I call, even at the times where I can come off as snippy (I’m an anxious person and sometimes it comes out in my voice 😅) over all I would recommend living here, it’s quiet, safe, and you don’t ever really have to worry about anything.

Editing review in 2025: I’m editing to say I still live here, 8 years in, and it’s still amazing! The leasing team and maintence staff is wonderful. They’re incredibly kind and helpful. I just got upgraded to a brand new unit due to my old unit having some maintence issues, and I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative. It’s not common to find a place to live that has attentive and caring staff.

First and foremost I want to say that Stephanie is God sent!! To have someone who is so understanding and stands for her people is truly amazing. Communication is key and she makes you feel so comfortable to come to her. Maintenance makes sure to handle any issues you may be having in a timely manner. Not only do I love my apartment but it’s quiet, safe and comfortable. Neighbors are excellent too!! ☺️

Ive never had any issues pertaining to my unit. Move in was smooth. Maintenance(Josh & Brandon) are always on point, they get the job done right and efficiently! The management & staff are amazing here, They make you feel right at home! I’d recommend 100%.

I don’t know who was responsible for bringing Stephanie to Lehigh Square, but it was definitely a change that was needed. I’ve lived here 7 years and have never seen anyone do the things Stephanie does for the tenants or the property. She is always welcoming and seen walking around the property. She definitely has an open door policy which makes it a lot easier to go into the office and talk face to face. This was not the case with the woman who was there before. Stephanie and her team are dedicated in making sure that Lehigh Square is cleaner inside and out. The only issue I have is that, before the Memorial Day weekend, the swimming pools were filthy and I was not willing to let my family swim in the conditions they were in. My family always looks forward for the pool to open, but I had to bring this to Stephanie’s attention. I’ve done this before with the previous person there and it fell on deaf ears. I decided to give it another shot. She addressed my concerns and did not expect to see what I saw. She cares so much and wants things done that she took it upon herself to power wash the pool area. I don’t think that was fair at all that she had to take it upon herself, but she knew it needed to get done. Thank you Stephanie for all you do and I hope that the higher ups for Lehigh Square know this and it does NOT go unnoticed. Thank you so much!!

I am not at all happy with the lease experience as I was not offered the best leasing experience in term of process clarity and even pricing. They discussed the process and then forgot it and then later for longer lease didnot provide the best deal.

Petty. It’s like they enjoy stressing the residents out. Instead of focusing on packages being stolen and constant weed smoke in the apartments, they focus on petty things. This is not a luxury complex. It is overpriced especially for being infested with cockroaches and mice. Look elsewhere, thank me later.
