Love everything about it. I have no problem giving one or two star reviews. However, LegoLand hotel deserves five stars!||The rooms are so fun!! The hotel elevator is so fun! Upon arrival the kids got to do a scavenger hunt to unlock a treasure chest in their room and they got to take home toys!||The food is really good at both restaurants! A free delicious breakfast buffet!!||They had a story time! Not the best story time but for sure geared to all ages. It was silly but what can you expect.||The check in was very easy Adele was very helpful and smiling and helped us make our way into the hotel and also gave some badges to my son and explained some things about our stay, great attention from Adele.||In the morning Jorge in the lobby also gave us some other lego badges and we asked him for a toothbrush and water and he kindly took them to our room, always very kind and attentive.||The hotel staff is also 5 stars!||I will never come here during the summer or on weekends. We are not big on crowds which is why we came during the week! It was dead! Legoland on a Monday is so great!||Anyways I can't say enough. There is always much to critique every where but we are so impressed! This was our first time trying a hotel with all three kids!

Legoland hotel is right next to the Legoland park and the Castle Hotel.||Daily room service includes complimentary water, juice boxes, new Lego toys... on top of the expected cleaning.||Customer service is top notch, convenience to the park, hotel amenities are all well thought through. Decoration, ambiance, children-sized bathrooms, buffet lines are all seamless. This place is magical and great value. It's not cheap, but the value is there and we will definitely return!|||Guests have access to the Castle Hotel- laundry (no charge! I thank Jorge Ignacio from the Lobby for telling us that we could use the laundry room of the other hotel and I also thank him for his attention to our employee, who was really outstanding). outdoor playground, large screen movie. Early access to the park was one of our favorite perks.|||Buffet has a wide variety of choices but it's just typical American food. After staying there for 4 nights, it's the same menu and it does get boring.||Breakfast is complimentary, dinner buffet is ad-on, but for a very reasonable price if pre-pay.|||Overall, this hotel and park is suitable for the whole family, very safe and pleasant experience.

Alright, to echo others, this was way better than expected. We came here after Disney, knowing it's not going to be the same "trying to be perfect" level. But LEGOLAND hotel is really succeeding at the "fun for kids" angle. Our last vacation was a Carnival Cruise, but our kids (6 and 8) said they liked this better. That stings, but good for Lego.

Our room had private kid bunk beds, the toilet has a training seat built in, and a treasure hunt activity. There are several places to actually play with Legos. The commitment to the "pirate" theme was extensive and detailed.

Instead of a small kids menu the restaurant has a "kids buffet" at kid-height full of kid-friendly food (and also fruit.) No spoilers but the elevator music, evening dance party, and random meet and greets of LEGO characters all help seal the deal - even on a Tuesday night in winter! Disney might spend a fortune on fireworks, but Lego did not miss every opportunity to give commonplace experiences a cheeky Lego spin. While the LEGO Park has a little nickel-and-dime feel, at the hotel we didn't have to pay extra for anything but dinner.

Some have commented about customer service. The staff appears on the younger side and could be hit or miss, but our experience was great. We had valet parking, valet luggage delivery, both were prompt and friendly. We seriously considered extending our stay to a second night purely because of the hotel. Five stars!

Staying at the Legoland Hotel California was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Hotel was clean and well kept. Vibrant colors throughout with the pirate theme. Kids loved all the activities. Treasure hunt in the rooms (bonus legos). The pool has swimming life vests and lifeguards available when open (limited hours). The room had plenty of room. Extra towels readily available. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of hot water. No complaints at all.|The employees were beyond nice (especially Mason from the Bricks restaurant very kind, attentive and friendly at all times, as well as Jorge from the Lobby who gave my daughter lego badges, and his attention was also very nice and friendly) and my daughter had the time of her life!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in room 2018, which featured a pirate-themed balcony-an absolute delight for our children. We purchased a bundle that included a two-day hopper pass, and from the moment we arrived, our little ones were filled with excitement. While this may not be a destination focused on adult entertainment, it is truly a magical experience for children. That said, my wife and I still had a fantastic time.
The hotel staff was excellent. When we needed repairs in our room, they were handled quickly and efficiently, without any disruption to our stay.
Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience.
The breakfast was exceptional and well worth it—
I highly recommend it! Additionally, I suggest exploring some of the local dining spots near the resort for a variety of options.
Overall, we had no major complaints. However, I did notice that some park employees could improve their customer service. As someone who works in customer service myself, I believe that a positive attitude is essential, and unfortunately, a small percentage of staff (about 3 out of 10) seemed disengaged. If you're unhappy in your role, it's always better to seek a position that suits you rather than providing subpar service.
One important tip for visitors-if you're someone who likes to tip, be sure to bring cash, as there are no ATMs available in the park.
Despite this, our stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families looking for a fun and memorable experience.

The grounds and facilities were immaculate. Everything from the landscaping to the decor. We were in absolute amazement. So many things for the family to do and see. Outside was very clean and the play areas were kept well maintained considering how many kids and people play throughout the day.||||The breakfast, the themed room and how clean it was every day, the entertainment, the facilities, the treasure chest and surprises, The staff like Jorge de Lobby super and charismatic giving a good service to the guest are things that are taken into account in a place like this, check-in and out was easy. Truly a great and enjoyable experience!! We will be back!!

This is probably the best place I've eaten in a long time. The service was great. The atmosphere is unbelievably directed towards children which definitely distracts them. Most important of all, the food was absolutely fantastic. Nothing less of perfect! Legoland Hotel really has stepped up their game!|Everyone is so nice and offer great customer service. I was very pleased with the treatment of the lobby staff his name if I remember correctly Jorge, I met him in the hallway and asked him where I could find some towels because I needed more, and he told me how many you need I asked for 3 and he immediately brought them to me and even better he gave me some lego badges for my son, unfortunately I did not have mr gold, but the service and attention of him is excellent you can see the good treatment that gives the guest this guy committed to his job.|The room and hotel is exactly as described. They thought of everything to make this place totally kid friendly, we will be back!
