Amazing! Such a serene & peaceful surroundings! Waking up to this breathtaking view with the mountain backdrop of the desert oasis is stunning! Next door to the La Quinta resort so you can go to Adobe grill for dinner or spa , tennis and golf .. but without the crowd or kids running around.. this place is actually the perfect place first some r/r.. love it! Much better than any hotels..

Update:||Cannot believe this place is still operational. We are near one year from our wedding where we are still traumatized by the negligence of uneducated Greg and company. My wife continues to live with permanent scars from this incident. Greg is truly a bad person and has yet to apologize after his "boss" Dan coerced us into removing the initial review.||||5/24/24||This is a zero star facility hands down. Greg and company decided to ruin my bride's wedding day. I understand Greg has little education and ability to process rational thoughts but it was truly disappointing to see the amount of disrespect and lack of compassion. We both have doctorates in the medical field and have never dealt with such inhumane practice. My bride was left bloodied and permanently scarred after opening the shower door resulting in it shattering only to be ignored by the manager Greg and owner Dan. MANAGER GREG STATED THIS HAS OCCURRED ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS IN THE PAST (management obviously does not prioritize a humans health and well being). Blatant act of attempting to hurt and injure other human beings. Images are too graphic to post but they will be shown in court. To anyone looking in to this venue there are many others with better policies and care. Greg, shame on you and God Bless, Jesus loves you if you're willing and ready to accept him.

Stay here at your own risk. If you value your life, health and well-being there are many better resorts and airbnbs in the area that offer easy access to country clubs and dining without dealing with these criminals.||||We are still traumatized from our wedding weekend that was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. Greg "the manager" neglected to do one of his only jobs which is to insure the safety and well-being of his patrons. Greg had an old faulty glass shower door in place that shattered upon simple movement. This resulted in me receiving permanent scars, abrasions and lesions to my face, neck, arms and legs that were present on my wedding day. Greg offered no sympathy or apology and initially laughed at my wounds stating that these doors have broken in the past. When my husband attempted to speak with Greg about this he showed that he is a coward and hung up the phone like a little child and would not return calls. Must have been raised by degenerates. It was not till over one week later that he had the owner, Dan, threaten us to pay for the glass door that they installed incorrectly if we did not remove our reviews. I am 4'10" <100-lbs and they said I used excessive force to intently break the door. Dan still charged us for our stay though not for the glass door after this. It seems that all Dan cares about are his reviews as opposed to the safety of his patrons. We are still traumatized over 6 months later and I am living with permanent scars that affect my lifestyle and job duties working as a clinical doctor. It is our civic duty to report malicious activities at this resort.

This was our 3rd trip and we love it. Have stayed at LaQuinta Resort but like this much better…quieter and well maintained. The Resort is getting quite tired and it shows.|Some veteran moves:|get a least a 1 br….Studios are small, have very small patios and no kitchen or laundry….|look around the various units as they are individually owned and managed, some better than others. We found a great responsive management company and just rent the same unit now that we know what to expect….the devil you know…|they had a SWAT team arrive to fix our internet immediately…and yes, some units will be cleaner than others….understand this is not a hotel and embrace that…no room service, check in etc…grounds and pools are immaculate, poolside BBQs are cleaned daily. Parking is a breeze.||We rent a second floor 1 br, large patio, quiet, no AC running outside the window, no people walking past windows all day, beautiful view, full kitchen, laundry, two TVs…a little tired on the decorating side, but the outside grounds are spectacular and the rates are fair. Enjoy!

We have wintered in the Coachella Valley several times in the past. We usually prefer Palm Desert, but decided to try La Quinta. Legacy Villas will definitely bring us back. The location was fantastic, the scenery breathtaking and the weather even a bit better thanks to the property being tucked into the mountains. Legacy served to showcase the valley to friends who were visiting for the first time. They were delighted and thoroughly enjoyed their stay in the desert. They were particularly taken with the properties abundance of citrus trees and impeccable manicuring. Our unit was spacious, well equipped and clean. Greg, our PM, was fantastic! If we needed something he was quick to accommodate our need. He is very friendly and goes out of his way to see that you are comfortable. You should know, if you are staying for a longer period you need to establish mail delivery at the post office. Legacy Villas is definitely a keeper.

It was our first time staying here and we were very pleased with the whole process and facilities. The booking and check-in couldn't have been easier. Contacted Greg the Manager for some extra items and he was so obliging and responsive. The location for us was perfect,. We like the short walk to La Quinta Resort for coffee. The restaurants on Washington and surrounding area were perfect! The only thing I would ask is that the Legacy Grill on the grounds would stay open later for dinner. It would be nice to walk there and enjoy a glass of wine or two knowing you don't have to drive home.

Absolutely wonderful host and property. The Legacy villas exceeded our expectations, and it is in a perfect part of La Quinta, next to the Waldorf, we loved the pools and the attention to detail was amazing. We had a refrigerator malfunction and they even replaced the refrigerator (and the ice cream) immediately, talk about above and beyond! Highly recommend the Legacy Villas! Wonderful experience!

Personally, I love when a resort stay exceeds my expectations.
Legacy Villas and the condo we rented (L 40-2) did just this.
This is a beautifully maintained resort with lovely grounds and amenities. Our condo was very clean, well equipped and perfectly situated near a satellite pool and hot tub should you not wish to head over to main pool areas. We purchased a couple of small items (coasters and placemats) so we could feel comfortable in protecting finishes on tables.
Only area of concern was that we could not get the Roku to work and that may have been an issue on our end.
Honestly, I would come back to Legacy Villas and this particular unit in a heartbeat. Thank you for the lovely and relaxing stay ~ Nancy
