The drive up service here is amazing! Our servers Ray and Justin were so welcoming and helpful, even though it was New Year’s Eve night when we came. Not to mention the ice cream is SO GOOD. I would highly recommend bringing your friends and family here!

Good ice cream, however I ordered a banana split & because they don't offer soft serve ice cream the banana was so small next to the hard scoops of ice cream that it wasn't much of a "banana" split. Also, they only put about a table spoon of Whipped Cream on top of it

On 4/1, excited for a much needed break, decided to visit Leatherby's. As we walked up we saw people eating outside, finishing their food, and paying prior to leaving. Meanwhile, we were seated, given menus, ordered and charged immediately; reason being, "We charge in advance because people come here, eat and leave." Born and raised in Sacramento, CA and in 2021, THIS. Leatherby's, have your staff trained on ethics and during their interviews get a feel of the whole human being before hiring for who you can pay less and not care how they speak and treat your customers; the employee did not care, but he made a stain on your name by treating your customers horribly. #wholefamilyremovedfromleatherbys #weneedablackownedcreameryinSac 🎯
