We hosted our baby shower here in the large area. Jay was so easy to work with an super accommodating. I cannot stop singing their praises and would definitely host another event here. I loved that they let us bring drinks in the day before and that they don't include set up and break down in their costs. They also allowed us to extend the party the day of. Everyone loved the horse rides and the bounce house was a nice touch too. I'll keep hosting big events here until the cows come home!

An absolute hidden gem in the Antelope Valley! Called around to find a venue that offered horse rides for our daughter's 5th Birthday. First we thought Gilchrist Farms as my nephew had a birthday there one year and we loved it, but they were kind of pricey, don't know if it's because it's in December and it tends to be busy for them or if that's their normal pricing. Then I called Lazy T and was floored at what a great deal it was! The owner Jay was so kind. We went to check it out in person and couldn't believe such a cool venue was available in the AV. They have so much to offer! The grounds are beautiful. They have multiple party areas and the kid fríendly area is incredible! They have the coolest set up! Two bridges, one that moves, swings, a tire swing, a pírate set up with a boat and dock for kids to play on, a horse like swing not sure what those are called, a hot walker with tire swings attached to it that goes around which was the kids favorite, and a covered eating area with awesome decor, and a working jukebox!! The adults loved that. We didn't need to do a thing to it for a western themed birthday party, it's everything you could want but we put up some Disney princesses from the ceiling beams because my girl loves all things disney princesses. Susan who gave the horse rides was so sweet and patient with the kids, she was wonderful and so was our horse Buttercup. So sweet and gentle! She led the kids on a little tour of the stables where there were pigs, horses, boats, chickens, and of course the horses. For those who drink alcohol, they allow you to bring your own beverages, There is a cooler and 2 grills that you're able to use if you want to bbq. We opted for our own Caterers, a taco bar set up (who are also amazing, look up @eltacorriendo on Instagram to book them, food was incredible. We've used them twice now. And we're Hispanic so we know good Mexican food!) For $400 (pricing might vary, this was pricing at the time we booked) you get 4 hours party time, and set up and take down is not included which is awesome because most places charge you from the moment you get there to decorate until you're done with take down and clean up. Huge plus! So 4 hours straight party time, and a bounce house is included! I cannot rave enough about this place, book them for your next event. You will not regret it! All our guests were so impressed and loved it, our vendor and some family members want to book for their own events. I'll definitely have my boy's party there. What an amazing place! So much AV history to see! Beautiful, fun place for the wedding we attended! Property is well kept up and super cool! Friendly staff. Overall just a great great place! Highly recommend 👌

Had my daughter's 10th birthday there and we had such a good time!! Jay and Dave were wonderful and very attentive, courteous and very friendly!! Everyone had a wonderful time!! Would recommend.

Such a fun place to hangout with family and enjoy animals. It's so peaceful and the scenery is perfect. Lots of hands-on things for kids to do.

Me n hubby's first time and the best time!! Amazing western property, friendly staff with SUSAN BEING THE BEST, beautiful horses,rode blue moon who was soo good had a wonderful first ride ill never forget!! Definitely recommend for a date night or fun with the kids.or just to go to sit and eat lunch.👍🏽👍🏽dont hesitate if u like the outdoors and horses.🐎
