My family and I spent 5 days here and we loved it. Cabins are clean and cozy. 10 minutes from the city. Nice big shady trees. Lake was convenient for fishing every day we were there. Even in the cold windy weather. Staff was very friendly, and helpful when needed. We had to call the staff because the furniss/heater wasnt working, it was the last night spending there around 11pm, and someone drove 40 minutes out to help us. We will definitely be coming back. This is the best stay we have had hands down. Thank you Lazy Oaks For the lasting memories my family will have.

Traveling through the area I found Lazy oaks, and discovered an awesome quaint cabin that is right on the lake.
The gal over the phone was friendly and more than accommodating. I will definitely go out of my way to stay here again.

Beautiful, scenic cabins on Rainbow Lake. Enjoyed the fresh air, trees, squirrels, lots of birds, Blue Jay's, and ducks from the lake. Children enjoyed the playgrounds. Grilled in a lovely area just outside our cabin.

When I arrived, the gentleman that works the office was not there, another gentleman who came up to help me. I think he was a maintenance man. Very nice and very helpful. When I got there, my blood sugar was low. I was extremely tired. Driving from the valley 3 plus hours.
The maintenance gentleman helped me get in my room early. Unlock the doors and let me in.

Even surrounded by other cabins, this place was ideal for our weekend getaway! A short walk away from the lake & not too far from the town itself, I can honestly say that this can easily become one of my favorite spots to visit again. It's kid & pet friendly & I highly recommend it!

Birch, arrived and literally had to clean the place. Sheets of dust on the ceiling fans, furniture, ants on the kitchen counter, dripping shower, non working ac. Called the office and Matt responded quickly for the ants, ac and doctored up the shower. My point is if your going to charge resort prices at least have the place clean and in working order. We will look for another place to stay next time. It's ashame since it's a great location with a lot of potential.

WARNiNG Do not recommend this place. The location is great, but the cabins are in need of some serious work. When we arrived the garbage cans were overflowing, garbage all around the property, that was still there when we left. In our cabin (Sycamore) the smell was very unappealing, bathroom door wouldn’t close, dishes were dirty, spider webs in every window and some had no screens, the carpet had stains and we believe that was were the smell was coming from, the WiFi is the worst. I could go on, but I will just say that this was one of the worst places we ever stayed.
