I recently had the pleasure of working with Lauren Allen Culinary Events for our Grand Opening event, and let me tell you, it was one for the books. A big shoutout to Lauren and Sarah who played a crucial role in making this evening truly spectacular. The venue was dressed to the nines, and no detail was overlooked. It set the perfect stage for an elegant celebration.
Now, let's talk about the food! Lauren Allen's culinary expertise was on full display. The menu was an absolute feast for the senses, offering a variety of dishes that left us all in awe. The presentation was as impressive as the flavors, which, by the way, were off the charts.
The staff was top-notch. They were attentive and professional, adding to the overall great experience. The entertainment choices kept the energy high, making sure that nobody had a dull moment throughout the evening.

I had the pleasure of working with the LAC team for quite a few aspects of my event. Lauren was beyond patient as we brought my vision (which was basic at best before her) to life. Her emotional intelligence is a beautiful anomaly in event planning these days. She knew exactly when to step in with suggestions, offer thought-provoking ideas, or simply listen.

Here are a few examples that set Lauren and her team apart from other vendors; I highly recommend them for ANY event:
- Elevated culinary experience! The food was most complemented feature of my event. Everything, and I mean everything, tasted amazing. Lauren worked with me to design a menu that worked for our needs (including dietary restrictions) and the team did not disappoint!
- Orchestration & coordination! There were so many aspects of my event that Lauren took care of without me asking. She anticipated everything we would need for a seamless day. She was in continuous communication, never once turned away my phone call or texts and was always willing to work through details, changes or questions (flexible, and innovative are understatements!).
- Hands on approach! Lauren showed up …from start to finish. I had peace of mind, knowing that she was overseeing everything that was happening, personally.

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Lauren Allen Culinary Events a few times and every dinner has been a unique memorable experience. Lauren Allen Culinary Events did a private dinner with 9 people to celebrate my sister's wedding and it was beyond wonderful. The Lauren Allen team of two showed up with such a calm and professional presence and got straight to work. They somehow managed to cook a beautiful 4 course meal in our tiny kitchen. They were also so clean, and constantly cleaning up the mess I was making making cocktails for my friends. They also set up the most beautiful tablescape to make the night even more special. The service and food was 10/10. After the event their team asked for constructive feedback, but I honestly can't think of any. If you are looking for a unique culinary experience, look no further!

Amazing team, professional, quality food, delicious. The team catered a dinner for a birthday party and everything came out fantastic. So many amazing options. As someone who is Gluten free + dairy free, it was refreshing to be able to sample and enjoy many different things instead of the typical “chicken and salad” option. I can’t say enough great things about Lauren Allen Culinary Events.
