Went here over the weekend and loved every bit of it. I was a 1st time rafter and Marissa made us feel so comfortable. She was funny and insightful as well as knowledgeable about the history of the area. She made our tour amazing and more importantly SAFE!! Would highly recommend this company to anyone for rafting whether your a beginner like me or more advanced!!

Our guide Jess did a phenomenal job. The lower is a perfect trip for someone who wants a little excitement and doesn't want to worry about it being too dangerous. The only part that sucked was carrying the raft up a hill from the river. I highly recommend Laurel Highlands and the lower trip.

It was an absolutely great experience. We've done a premium tour with a group of six twice so far. Both trips were great for different reasons.

The premium tour gives you your own guide and includes lunch. When you're ready to eat, you pick a rock or somewhere to beach your boat and take a break. We ate lunch on a bunch of rocks, watching other people going through the rapids.

Going down the lower Yough, you will go through a bunch of rapids. Depending on the time of year and the weather, the water can get pretty rough. We did have someone fall out of the boat on our first trip. It was scary, but our guide was calm and knew what to do. After a few minutes, we were all back in the boat, catching our breath.

There's a large rock about halfway through that you can jump off of. Pull the boat up on the beach area, spend about a minute walking up the back of the rock, and jump back into the river. It's quick, but definitely a rush.

Overall, the river is beautiful, and the experience is great.

We had a group of 11 who rafted yesterday and we all had the best time! Great experience from start to finish. We were in two rafts and both our guides were awesome - Slater and Grimace. They were both calm leaders, friendly and gave us clear and easy directions before we started, and ahead of each rapid. We have teenagers in our group and many of us had never rafted before - the class 3/4 was perfect for us. Beautiful scenery too. 5 Stars for Laurel Highlands!

Everyone at Laurel Highlands River Tours was so friendly and informative. Our guide was Jess and she is the best! She made even the slower parts of the river a fun experience. Not only was she the guide on our raft but she seemed to be a leader for the whole trip and that position fit her well, she had the whole bus laughing so you couldn’t even be sad that your trip was over. 10/10 experience!

This is my second time rafting with this company and they're amazing. We did the premium tour this time around it was phenomenal. So much fun and the staff is friendly and extremely safe. Thanks for the fun Ray! Got my fishing lure hanging up on my adventure board 🚣🏼‍♀️ 🎣

An absolute blast. Second time for my wife and I. I was a little sad that they are only doing guides in every raft now. We had a great guide (Andy) and everything went well, but the last time we went we had the guides in kayaks to lead us and we enjoyed it more navigating on our own. We like a good challenge. 🤷 Next time we want to try the advanced. Sounds like a good time there as well.
