I haven't stayed in the Hotel as a guest but I have been to all the casinos it has inside and I really enjoy myself when I'm there. If you want to win a little go there.

I’ve stayed here at least a year longer then I intended because I enjoy this place that much. I’ve come to Bullhead for many years and stayed at many places, enough to review them all. This place has the friendliest ladies in the office that are always helpful. Rooms are nice, no carpet, clean and it’s quiet here. If there’s a negative review here it’s riff riff that didn’t get their way.

Pool area was beautiful. Staff friendly. That's where it ended for us. Rooms were filthy, food on floor, liquids spilled drawers and smelled smokey. Registration is in smoking area of casino. Theatre was dirty also. Won't be back......UPDATE..The review is NOT riff riff as one post just claimed and there was / is carpet in the room that we were in. Call and ask. Would have given one star if it weren't for the friendly staff and pool area.

I've Been Calling thus Place For A Werk Now, And No Answer, can't reach the front desk, and Messages Left Never have A Return Call. PLUS, IT Looks like this Place is ran By the Local Homeless and Working Girls... Not sure if I would Feel Safe Leaving My Car In The Lot, Let Alone sleep In Any of the Rooms.... But I May be Wrong. IDK, U Risk it If U Dare, Not Me, LOL...

Ok place to stay.
you'll receive a neutral place to live in. All depend on how your standards are. Personally I haven't had any bad experience with the ladies that work at the office, Armenta & Suzi will make you feel warm and welcome, both are a decent, professional human beings. I would give this place 5 stars if wasn't for some people that live here, Im aware that is not responsibility of the office management, to control the people however is i assume the location other than that not bad for your money.

I only have them 1stars because of the office manager getting me in when its hard to ever find a vacant room there. She was kind & professional. Otherwise so happy to get out of there. Staff unprofessional. Neighbors tend to be in your business all the time. Ender up with bed bugs at one point. Very disappointed of how I was treated. No privacy at all. If you like BED BUGS & ROACHES THEN STAY HERE!!!GROCE

We can not say enough about this place. We came to Bullhead to handle a lost family members estate and in the state of mind we were in, the women, known as the girls made us feel safe and at home. Very neighborly and friendly place. We’ll be staying here till they an apartment available.

Horrible place to go, went 1 week without ac, when I was packing. Had to stay am extra 3 days and won't give me my deposit because they say I owed them. Even though it's there fault I had to stay longer. Couldn't pack in a hot room. Would not suggest this place to anyone. Took them 6 days to bring me a portable ac
